Scientists confirm that if you wear a tin foil hat on 12.21.12, you will survive the Mayan apocalypse!

Recent studies by top scientists around the world confirma that a  tin-foil hat– often the brain’s only line of information defense– is effective against any kind of attack against out planet.

The studies were done by top universities in England, Australia, India, Russia, China and the United States.  “We all dismissed the study as a joke, but then when we looked at the empirical evidence it was conclusive:  tin-foil hats will protect any individual against doomsday, armageddon and total world annihilation.  If you are wearing a tin-foil hat – you will survive,” said a astrophysicist at Oxfort University in England.

Here’s a top professor at MIT, wearing his tin-foil hat.

NASA has looked at the results and agree with the scientists.  NASA is encouraging all citizens on the planet to wear tin-foil hats on December 21st, 2012.  “We do not feel that the world will end on December 21, but in case it does, we want all the citizens on the planet to be safe.  We are recommending that citizens put on a tin-foil at at midnight 12.20.12 in their local time zone,” said Dr. John Malley of NASA.  “Keep the tin-foil hat on until midday 12.22.12 – just to make sure that the Mayan threat is gone.”

Tin-foil hats were first introduced by this man in 1988:

Scientists say that the foil helmet is that it acts as a Faraday cage, an enclosure made up of a conducting material that shields its interior from external electrostatic charges and electromagnetic radiation by distributing them around its exterior and dissipating them.  The tin-foil also detracts any life-threatening object – like an asteroid or exploding building.

You have to make sure your entire head is covered in tin foil.  The guy below is happy with his tin foil hat, but he probably won’t make it because he doesn’t have full head coverage with his tin foil.

This is the proper way to cover your head:

Please be safe on Friday, December 21st.  Wear a tin-foil hat!!
