WASHINGTON – Michelle Obama ordered staff to build the “President’s Bell” on the roof of the White House.
Michelle Obama recently sat down with a group of youngsters to read the holiday classic, ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas. Prior to beginning, Bo, the first dog decided to relieve himself by raising his leg to the White House Christmas tree directly behind the First Lady.
In an attempt to quickly divert attention, the First Lady inquired with the children what types of gifts she should get for Bo as well as for the President.
Some children suggested things like a ball or a chew toy for Bo, while others suggested items such as a watch or a new suit for the President. But one pudgy little fellow decided to get smart and suggested Nicoderm CQ. It was later discovered that the little butterball was none other than Glen Beck dress up like an 8 year old boy.
“He claimed that he had the Benjamin Button disease but we saw right past his tight fitting OshKosh B’gosh overalls and Yo Gabba Gabba t-shirt,” said Secret Service agent Jim O’Doherty. Beck was promptly escorted out of the reading.
Another notable suggestion was from the young man sitting next to Mrs. Obama who suggested that she get him a “President’s Bell”. This unique gift concept consists of placing a functioning bell atop the roof of the White House.
“We already made history with my man being the first African-American President. Now we are going to take it to the next level with the President’s Bell. This is going to be the best Christmas ever!” stated the first lady in an exclusive WWN interview after the reading.
It has already been rumored that the Liberty Bell, currently housed in Philadelphia, is being considered by Congress for use as the new President’s Bell.
