Being a witch myself, not every practitioner follows the “Threefold Law” and in my opinion, if the person that you want to curse did something that is highly deserving of a curse (i.e. like if someone threatens you or your loved ones) then it’s justifiable because you have every right to protect yourself and the people you love. Now if you’re just putting curses on people who have never done anything to you and had nothing but good intentions for you, or you’re just angry at that person (which if you’re the latter then you may want to reconsider cursing them) then expect something to come back on you. And for those who do follow the Threefold Law and are afraid of “karmic blowback”, then I would suggest a binding spell instead of a curse, that way there’s no karmic blowback.
