For months now, you’ve been laughing at old Ed when he told you government health care would be like the DMV.
Well, hard as it is to admit it, I was wrong. Obama set me straight yesterday in his town hall. He got asked if government medicine would wreck all the private companies out there.
The Communist-in-Chief said:
“UPS and FedEx are doing just fine. It’s the Post Office that’s always having problems.”
So there you have it, straight from the mouth of the Teleprompter Kid (whose machine must have been unplugged right then):
Government health care won’t be like the DMV. It’ll be like the POST OFFICE!
So: when we need ‘em the most, doctors and nurses will be on their lunch hour. Or they’ll all get replaced by losers and crazies and clock-watchers who couldn’t get jobs anywhere else.
Now we know our brand new liver will end up getting broken on the way to the O.R., or get stolen by some guy in the back room.
Doctors will refuse to operate on us because our dog’s too big or our walkway’s too snowy or we’re just too old and too much trouble.
You just wait: under this Obamacare, we’re gonna have to stick special government stamps all over our butts if we want to get our hemorrhoids looked at! Just wait til you need a vasectomy!!
And then, when the heart surgeon’s had a really bad day, he’ll pick up an AK-47 and shoot up the emergency ward!

and just remember, all those things you keep hearing about death panels and losing your current insurance is not true. BULLSH!T – those that support this line of lies need to read the bill. This is NOT government health care, its the beginning of the take over of America so they liberal socialists can take our voices, our choices, our freedom… EVERYTHING! Everyone needs to contact their local Senator and scream their outrage over this bill, go to every government meeting – townhalls or regular speechs and scream your outrage. It's time to take the gloves off! It's time to take our country back!
Your Senators and Representatives don't care. They are part of the problem – - actually, the biggest part, since the Constitution mandates that all bills involving revenue must originate in the House of Representatives, not with the President. Your Representatives and Senators took an oath to support and defend the Constitution. Yet, most of the things our government has done for the past 40 years are patently UN- Constitutional!
You need to ask them why they are not supporting the Constitution. If they give you the runaround, tell them that maybe it's time for a Second American Revolution. I am not optimistic that they will listen, since most of them have the single goal of being re-elected in perpetuity.
Store up guns, ammunition, and food. The hard times are yet to come.
Actually it's a shame that no one listened back in 2000 when fmr. Senator Breaux (D – LA) led the walk out for the true universal health care plan that would've given every Amercian man, woman, and child the same degree of care the Senate and House of Reps people enjoy.
I am personally walking around with 1/2 my teeth done trying to save up to have the others extracted to get my plates, which are paid for, but can't be used until the others are out which my dentist said he won't fix unless I hand him $1,774 in cash And a torn rotator cuff that my doctor said she won't fix unless I can hand her $1,500 for an MRI…whereas other people just walk right into the ER and get all this done for free!!
Every person in America should receive the SAME degree of health care BUT it should be like in Canada, England, Germany, etc….that we can CHOOSE either to have private or public care, that way it stays competitive and if you can afford the top physicians / medical teams you can have them, and if not, at least you get help.
I only made $5,920 taxable income last year and yet I have to pay out $2,500 in taxes (that's basically 50% in taxes in my book. I have the paperwork to prove it and will scan it in and send it to anyone who wants to see the actual documentation. I can also scan off and send pix of my actual $2.00 (yes that's TWO DOLLAR) 'stimulus' check, I kept it because I figured it would cost more to cash it.
It's very sad about the USPS, it's the ONLY part of our government run by its own profits. Look at all the wonderful stamps and such, but I know many people are paying their bills online instead of via snail mail (busted! guilty!) but I know that many of us still do count on always having the USPS, it's an American icon and it's usually much, much less expensive than UPS or FedEx, plus, they're more reliable, at least in my experience. I hope everyone will vote to keep the USPS because we've lost enough already.
