Superstar Justin Bieber was arrested for ”assault and battery” of a paparazzo after he refused to be photographed while on a date with Selena Gomez.
A SWAT team was called to the scene after Justin Bieber “lost his cool” but the star had already run back to his mansion when they arrived. A Bieber boyhunt ensued and Bieber was arrested while drinking milk back in his hot tub.
The Biebs was shopping with his pregnant girlfriend, Selena Gomez, at an outdoor mall in Calabasas. While the exact details of the fight have yet to be released, several sources have confirmed that Justin got into a physical altercation with a paparazzo, who was trying to snap the winning pic of the darling pair.
One witness told sources that the photog blocked Justin’s car in so that he and Selena couldn’t leave, thus giving him a better opportunity to snap a photo. Justin got out of his car, got into the guy’s face and a fight broke out.
The papparazzo is in still in the emergency room being attended to by his doctor and five of his personal injury lawyers. The doctor says the photographer will be fine, but probably not until he gets his multi-million dollar settlement.
Bieber is sitting in a L.A. County jail awaiting arraignment. Sources close to lawyers in Los Angeles, say that Bieber could get up to five years for the assault.

The photographer got what he deserved. I may not like Beiber, but I still think he should have his privacy.
Most of this is a lie. And the guy deserved it, why would he do that. Us justin needs spaces. People are following and talking pictures of him all the time. Sometimes he could use a break from that. Also he was with selena, so why bother them…

I am not a no.1 Bieber fan, but I believe that the photographer did deserve that. 'Hey, Bieber might be the hottest news, but he's still a human, okay? Everybody needs their own privacy, even stars do.' It was wrong from the photographer, but perhaps a little to Justin, but in the case, both parties has the blame, no?
