HOLLYWOOD – In alternate ending of the film Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Harry Potter dies.
This friday, November 19th, part 1 of the final installment of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows opens. The ticket sales are already setting records around the world.
Editors working on the Warner Brothers film have confirmed to WWN that there is an alternate ending in the works for the final installment that differs from the novel, written by J.K. Rowling.
The editors are playing with the idea of killing off Harry Porter in the final installment – to be released in July 2011.
“J.K. Rowling worked hard to put a definitive end to the series of Harry Potter novels, but there are already people talking about yet another sequel – even though there is no more books. To put an end to the “sequel” talk, producers are considering using an alternate ending (filmed last year) in which Harry Potter dies at the hands of Lord Voldemort.
In the episode set for release this Friday, Voldemort’s power is growing stronger. He now has control over the Ministry of Magic and Hogwarts. Harry, Ron, and Hermione decide to finish Dumbledore’s work and find the rest of the Horcruxes to defeat the Dark Lord. But little hope remains for the Trio, and the rest of the Wizarding World, so everything they do must go as planned.
The thought of having Harry Potter die has enraged fans of the novel throughout the world. “Harry Potter has become one of the greatest characters in the history of children’s literature, you can not kill him off without upsetting his many loyal fans,” said film critic Andrea Golden of the Los Angeles Times.
Either way, viewers should enjoy Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows this Friday – it represents the beginning of the end for Harry Potter.

OMG they better not let evil triumph over Harry….that would desecrate everything these books were about
have you not read the book??? harry does die, because he is a horcrux.
Wrong!!! In the movie, Severus Snape will be reviled as Harry's true father.
I agree they should leave the ending as it is..Be true to the books.Hopefully Hollywood does the same.
They'll definitely leave the official ending as it is, but as a DVD extra or something an alternate ending would be totally awesome!
harry is the seventh horcrux, he must die or voldemort will remain immortal.
Not exactly, the Horcrux part of him must die but not the whole Potter.
who cares its shit
