BRUSSELS – A Belgian teenager is suing a tattoo artist after she allegedly asked for 3 stars on her face, and instead received 56!
Eighteen-year-old Kimberley Vlaminck went to a local parlor called The Tattoo Box, and was given to Romanian tattoo artist Rouslan Toumaniantz. Vlaminck claims that she only asked for three stars to be tattooed on her face. She has stated that he only spoke broken English and French but tried to be clear as possible about what she wanted.
Vlaminck says she then fell asleep during the procedure and awoke to instead find 56 stars across the left side of her face! She is now suing him for $14,000, the cost of the laser surgery she will need to remove the tattoos.
However, Toumaniantz is fighting back, saying that he gave her exactly what she wanted. “She was awake and looked into the mirror several times as the procedure was taking place. The trouble all started when she went home and her father and boyfriend threw a fit.”
Her story does raise a number of questions. Why did she pay and leave the tattoo parlour without complaining? Why was it not a problem until she arrived at home?
And most confusingly, who is capable of falling asleep while a very tender part of their body is being tattooed?

has agreed to pay for half of her laser surgery. While he still stands behind his story, he said, “Kimberley is unhappy and it is not my wish to have an unsatisfied client. There is a way to remove the tattoos with the help of a laser. I accept to pay for half the cost.”
Tattoos HURT!!! It's bearable pain I'll give you that, but anyone who can sleep through 56 stars being tattooed on their face is obviously taking enough recreational drugs that they deserve what they get! Speaking from personal experience the tat on my back was big enough to keep me awake enough to be well aware when and wear the needle was going… Someone has Daddy Issues?
You cannot fall asleep during a tattoo, especially on your face, you would feel the gun moving to different places and know something was wrong
Even if yooh were sleeping you could still tell if a needle was going thru ur skin!!!
shes prob lieing she probably wanted all of the stars then went home and when her dad didnt like it she made a lie and said its all his fault…how cud u even mak a lie about that seriously she shud hav said:

I have tattoos and there is no way in hell this girl fell asleep, her dad got pissed so she made up this story. The artist should not pay a thing and if anything sue her for defamation.

Now I’ve been under the tatoo needle three times so far. It is a little painful but I have a high tolerance for pain and my tat artist allows me to bring my own cd while being tattooed. The combination of mellow music, the hum of the gun, and laying down for over an hour after working 11 hours lulled me to nearly to sleep.
However, this girl was supposed to get 3 stars. There is no way she could have possibly fallen asleep in the amount of time it would take to do that. Plus, tattoo artists usually do a transfer before starting the tat and I’m certain it would be done on such a prominent tat. Also, she would have looked in the mirror before leaving and either noticed a buttload of stars or that half her face had been bandaged and known something was up! Not to mention the cost for 56 stars would be significantly higher than for 3 and should’ve raised an eyebrow. She’s just a spoiled little girl who’s used to getting her way and she probably will again.
Something is going on here. Creating a tatoo is pain. How she not aware while tatoo artist make more than 3….ermm….
anyway the arrangement of the stars in her face actually looks like a big '3'.
im sorry but 3 stars on her face would take like what 10 seconds 2 do…who the hell falls alseep that fast when the guy doing it is probs making sure she is ok, i mean when got my first one done the guy was asking me ever 2 mins if i was ok…..

Heres just my question. Theres no way I believe that she could have fallen asleep during such a procedure. What baffles me is how generous this tattoo artist is and seems easily willing to pay $7,000 for her to get them removed. Why would he unless hes rich and extremely nice? Any thoughts on that?
i dont know first i thought she may be lieing but look at the FREAK the gave it to her , i would not dought someone that would do that to their own face would do something like that , he looks like a freak of nature , dont get me wrong she should have known better one alot of level s however again i have trouble with someone that looks like that and then when someone yells he did it i would probably take one look and send him away for almost anything ,,,, what the H e LL is wrong with that guy ,id love to read a report from a schrink about him , id put him somewhere between a freak and a nut case and a total idiot

This story is hilarious, what a stupid girl. The stars are in the shape of a ’3′ so maybe that’s what she wanted. Next time she should stick to temporary tattoos.
