PHOENIX, AZ – One state could be facing some legal problems due to the passing of controversial legislation!
Arizona has been the center of controversy ever since they passed their new immigration law. Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer has been under fire for signing the bill into law and now she is backed into a corner amidst recent rumors. She’s angry over comments by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton that the Obama administration will sue the state over the new immigration law.
Arizona’s immigration law has been called “misguided,” among other things, by President Obama. According to Clinton, the decision to file suit against Arizona has been made.
“President Obama has spoken out against the law because he thinks that the federal government should be determining immigration policy,” she said in an interview with an Ecuadorean television station. “And the Justince Department, under his direction, will be bringing a lawsuit against the act.”
The Arizona law, which would go into effect in July, requires immigrants in the state to carry documents verifying their immigration status and requires police officers to question a person about his or her immigration status during a “lawful stop” if there is “reasonable suspicion” that the person may be in the country illegally.
State Department spokesman P.J. Crowley said Obama and Clinton have both made it clear that the administration opposes the law.
“I will defer to the Justice Department on the legal steps that are available and where they stand on the review of the law,” Crowley said. “The secretary believes that comprehensive immigration reform is a better course of action.”
Brewer, a republican, said in a statement that “this is no way to treat the people of Arizona.”
“To learn of this lawsuit through an Ecuadorean interview with the secretary of state is just outrageous,” she said. “If our own government intends to sue our state to prevent illegal immigration enforcement, the least it can do is inform us before it informs the citizens of another nation.”

Billary threatens Arizona. OOOOOOOHHHHH!!!! I bet that they are shaking in their boots. Just another member of the comedy of fools known as the Obama administration. The only things missing in the photo provided are the swastika and the mustache.
What fascinates me is the FACT that she has not read the law and neither has the POTUS. What I find even more interesting is the FACT that Ms. Clinton had to leave the country before she made the announcement that the US is going to sue a state that is trying to protect itself from what the government of Mexico is doing to our state and what the POTUS refuses to do because he has sold out to Mexico.
Soon thereafter the first man prayed for a house, clothes and more food. The next day, like magic, all of these things were given to him. However, the second man still had nothing.
