VANCOUVER – An 11 year old boy was saved from a deadly cougar by the love of his dog!
On Saturday, Austin Forman was playing in his family’s garden in Boston Bar, British Columbia. A cougar emerged from the wilderness and tried to attack him.
The boy could be dead today, if not for his dog’s instinct to protect! Angela, the 18-month-old dog, fought the cougar off until police arrived. Police had to shoot the animal multiple times until it finally died, with its jaws still locked on Angela’s face.

Good idea. Just kill all the cougars. Brilliant. And while we're at it, let's kill all the bears and snakes and spiders and bees and plants and anything and everything that may harm our kids. But of course the biggest threat to our kids is people, so maybe we should just shot everybody.
