You may have been abducted by aliens… and don’t even know it!
Aliens often erase the memories of people they abduct. But you can still determine if you’ve been taken aboard a starship or examined by extraterrestrials with tips from two of the world’s leading experts.
All you have to do is check for the telltale signs of alien abduction, including memory loss, sudden illness, unusual dreams, missing hair, bruises or strange marks on your body.
Those symptoms almost certainly indicate that you’ve been abducted by aliens.
“Many people have been abducted by aliens but can’t remember anything about their abductions,” said Dr. Brad Steiger, author of the bestselling book, The UFO Abductors.
“UFO abductees often find they have blank spots in their memories. In some cases it is simply a tantalizing sensation that there is something they are trying to remember but can’t recall.”
Another expert said: “Abductees frequently have recurring dreams or daytime visions about alien beings, spacecraft or extraterrestrial realms.
“They often discover unexplained wounds or scars. Or they mysteriously begin to suffer from physical problems.”
According to Dr. Steiger, the warning signs of alien abductions are:
1. The mysterious onset of illness, including insomnia, loss of appetite, nausea, headaches, a rash or fatigue.
2. The nagging sensation of having “lost” a period of time out of your life.
3. Complete memory loss.
4. The mysterious appearance of scars, bruises, puncture marks, burns or missing hair, suggestive of medical examination by aliens.
5. Recurring dreams. Some common images include extraterrestrial worlds or landscapes, and crystal cities.
6. Recurring daytime images. Common ones are aliens, UFOs or extraterrestrial scenes.
If you have experience two or more of these symptoms, Dr. Steiger advises you to look in your phone book and contact the UFO organization nearest you.
They should be able to put you in touch with someone who can hypnotize and regress you to the time of the abduction so you can remember it completely, the expert said.

i just sat down tonight and wanted to watch a movie. the fourth kind. then i eventually wanted to google these supernatural things that we can't possibly explain without sounding crazy. so i read what the most common mistake the UFO's make. it is waking up outside of the house, cold, and the doors are all locked from the inside. then i started crying because i know there has been things i cant explain. one night i was trying my new bed. i could feel a hand on my forehead. i was just a child. all i could see was light. and a sudden calm feeling. then i stood up like nothing happend. then just today. i remember waking up outside (no idea what's going on) im in a t-shirt and underwear just like i went to bed in. the doors were locked. i had to knock on mom's window to get her to open the door. and earlyer that day. before i went to bed. i could see something in the sky. i thought it was all a fantasy vission or something. cus i was only 13. im not shure if i want to say this was an abduction. because i'm a skeptic. but at the same time. im thinking..what if they are watching me right now. if they are still doing this to me and if they are doing anything to me. what is it? i have a scar right under my chest. it looks like someone poked a stick thru there. and i have no memory what so ever of being stabbed. but i do feel that i have a somewhat..ehm being bound. something tight around my neck. thats all i know.. i don't think there are any "UFO experts" in my country.

i have visions as a boy of been taken by a tall alien. I remember their eyes. my father died when I was 12 years old .One night I fell asleep on my parents bed when I was about 9 years old when I awoke to a strange kind of alien with big eyes like the eyes you seen on the ones on the movies. Though he or she's skin was wrinkly browness.It had its fingers around my neck pushing me back down. I suddenly just went to sleep again. I was always terrified of a pale white alien with big eyes that was coming to get me. The day before my father died i had a strange feeling that something was wrong that morning. My father was upset with me for back talking to my mother, I got up early before 6.15 and ate breakfast and told them i was sorry. ,The next morning I found my father in bed dead from a heart attack. After that day my mother had to find a way to make a living, In about year and a half she became a practical nurse. I then was alone at home from 10 till 7.30 at night or from 2 till 11.My dreams became weird I dreamed i could jump all over the world. I dreamed of visions of things that may happen in the future. Sometimes I would know what people were going to say before they would say it.As I grew older I went off to college when i was walking my first day on campus a short pleasant pale browness man with kind eyes stopped me and told me things about the past and some of my future.There was no way he knew who I was.I turned to walk away then I quickly turned back to him and he just vanished.I am older now almost ^60 years old. I have no reason to lie. Fact is I was a private investigator for a large law firm here fore 5 years. im 15 years old i lost my sister when i was 7 terning 8 she got hit by a car on 2004 /8/ fryday the 13,
and about a week later she died. the night she died we were driveing home,

I have had recurring dreams of very pale forms at my bedroom window, had them ever since I was small. Also ever since I can remember I have had a scar like mark on my arm a small circle with a triangle in the centre, no doctors can explain what it is but the shapes are so perfect I can't believe its birth mark! Have been searching for someone with the same mark for years. I also always have the feeling of being watched as many of the others describe.
Could something like that be a sign of abduction?
I saw this allien it was touching me around 37 when I saw them they were moving back and I gave them the dirties for 3 seconds I stood up and broakes all it noise and I barried them in the yard :/

when i was 14 i was sleeping in my living room couch and i had a dream. in my dream i woke up and looked out the window, in the living room, and saw a ufo. then i heard something or someone walking on the ceiling of my house, after that i remember seeing an alien in the house. that was all i remember. could it be that i was abducted? i guess ill never know.
I'm 14 and a victim of being abducted as well one way I can tell I have been abducted recently is by seeing if i have any marks or bumps that are implants. It's to bad I can't talk to my parents about this they would think I'm crazy. Any way abductees can usually feel it when they have been aboard the craft.
When I was like 7-8 years old, (Now I'm 30) I had a recurring dream, every night for about 2 weeks. its just a silver spaceship in our backyard. thats all. (no aliens or anything). I dont know y i dreamed about it, more importantly y i dreamed about it for 2 weeks everynight. Sort of weired and left me puzzled (still puzzled)
I too have have several dreams about UFO's, but also meteor and nucular holocausts. I've also drempt about tornadoes.
I've seen what looked like an invasion force, UFO's landing everywhere while I was in my front yard.
I've had 3 vivid dreams in my life where I've woke up and was completely paralyzed. There was a presence in my bedroom, or wherever I was sleeping and I felt pressure holding me down and something messing with the back of my neck. Then I black out. These dreams terrified me.
In the last year I have had UFO dreams way more frequently. I've had dreams about planet X crashing into the earth, something crashing into the moon making it crash into the earth. Very strange stuff.
Up until last night I've only drempt about seeing UFO's and them coming toward me. They would hover above a building I was in and I would get this weird feeling that I was being taken.
Last night was probably the weirdest dream I've ever had. I was in an apartment that I've never been in. Me and my wife were sleeping and we woke up to a weird noise we went to the window and saw several craft coming towards us. I remember the sun was just starting to come up and we saw neighbors already outside watching the crafts approach. These craft looked triangular and had three white lights and one red light in the middle. Me and my wife went outside and walked over to a school parking lot across the street. There we saw one of these craft come over and hover above the parking lot. I beam of light came from the craft and levitated what looked like a pod of some sort down right next to we were standing. Here's where it get's freaky for me. I was afraid, and wasn't sure if they were friend of foe. I had this feeling that they wanted us to get in the pod and go with them.
I asked them "Are you here to help us?" and I was shocked to get an answer. The voice answered in a mono toned voice, it sounded like there were multiple beings speaking at the same time. I got a one word answer, "YES". I then asked they wanted us to go with them and again they answered "YES". I was really scared at this point cause I wanted to go but I didn't know their true intentions. So I asked one final question, "If we go with you, how will you help us?" They said they were going to fly us to a place called Eden, Aden, of Iden. I'm not sure which one exactly but it was one of those. Just as we were going to go with them I woke up. This was one of the most realistic dreams I have ever had and they seem to be getting more frequent.
If they meant "Eden" then I'm really freaked out about this dream because it makes me think that they were taking us to relocate us to another planet, maybe for a fresh start for humans. I really don't know but I guess it's open to interpretation.

i think im being abducted, and worked on almost nightly. they use your subconcious or dreams to block whats happening in reality. i have had the body parelizing dreams as mentioned on this blog page plus weird rashes. i also have this wierd feeling more like thoght that theres something i need to remeber all the time, especially after one of these dreams. tonight i almost caught them i think. they were pulling something out of my rectum and i was trying so hard to wake but i couldnt. everytime these things happen to me i wake feeling very cold to the touch my neck and throat are sore as well as my rectum. i dont know really how to explain what is happening to me, but i know something is going on at night when i sleep. fn cowards! im not scared well at least i think im not. do they blank your mind for your benefit? so you wont be scared? or is it something more covert?

i was abducted when i was twelve, just three years ago. the only genuine evidence i have is my memory, which the aliens failed to erase a good bit of. listen to me, i know whats happened. i had just move in to my new house. i spent a lot of time in the backyard, i mean i knew my backyard and the gate to the fence was only about about three feet wide ok, keep this in mind. my parents and i had been living at this house for only about three months. one day i went outside to play with my dog, the perfect day you know, i come in and have a nice hot meal and go to bed. for whatever reason i was very frightened. i slept thirteen hours. i went outside to feed my dog and the gate to the fence was large enough to drive a truck through. a month later "my dog " died, a month after that my "parents" and i moved. i believe the aliens placed me in an alternate universe built to study the anatomy and behavior of my kind. i have no problem with this as of now, but i know they ruined my life and one day im going to rebel, and ill find those bastards and my way home. please believe me.

Not too sure if I’ve been abducted or not, but I always get weird nightmares about aliens doing tests on me and such. The first nightmare I remember was when I was about 3-4. (Which, personally I don’t think someone that age would even KNOW about aliens). So I dunno. Buuut. In the nightmare I was sitting on the sofa in the livingroom, and I turn around at the window and there was a spaceship with a little alien standing outside my window, and when I went to run and yell to my mother, I was stiff and I had no voice.
Ever since then I always have nightmares about aliens.
Last summer I used to go camping quite a bit and I would see lights in the sky, and they were NOT planes. I also just found out that other people have seen lights in that same area aswell. Another time, two days before christmas my friend and I noticed a light in the sky going back and fourth over the dam here in town.
I never really thought anything of those things. BUT this past summer something incredibly weird happened. My cousin got married in july. My sister was in the wedding. And all the bridesmaids had this specially made necklace that had the shape of an “S” and a cross through it. Which is really rare, obviously. Anyhoww. Two days after the wedding my boyfriend and I were asleep, and just after 4:30am I woke up from having a nightmare about an alien invasion. And when I woke up there was a handprint on the window. There was three LONG fingers, and a thumb which kind of looked normal. Below that, it looked like someone actually HELD up one of the necklaces from the wedding and pressed it against the window,it was so perfect. A lot of people I tell think it was a prank BUT that’s impossible. The marks were on the OUTSIDE of the window, and my bedroom window is way too far off the ground, you would need a massive ladder to get to it.
I’ve also noticed a bright light over the dam (which I can see from our bedroom) and it seems to be there atleast once a week.
Anyone else get a handprint or anything? I’d love to know. And also, for everyone who may have been abducted, was there any age that it may have stopped at? I’m 19 now. Nearly 20. So its almost been 1f years for me so far. Its kinda creepy.

So I have been happily living my life and then today something weird hit my husband and I…we have no memory of where we were or what we were doing on New Years Eve 2010! We would know if we went out drinking, we'd know if we were even DRUNK! New years eve is a total blank. It's funny as I'm sure there's something there about hearing fireworks and (could be a different memory) phoning my father at 2am!!?? (I just wouldn't DO that). Futher still, I have had strange dreams about looking after this baby that was mine-yet WASNT mine. This baby is impossible to comfort and bruises each time I try. Whilst "looking after" this baby I am in an unrecognisable world, in this world are arches-like door ways-but NO walls connecting them-no rooms. You can just see everything through these standing (and pointless in my opinion) arches.I have also had a numb and tingling feeling in my left, outer thigh. At one point the tingling was so much I complained constantly. Also I have had many, many unexplained bruises. However on that note I AM a rather clumsy woman. Sooo abducted? Not abducted? I'm really not sure…IF my memory comes back I'll let you know.
Heya, I don’t know whether this is real or not, but when I was about 3 I had a very odd dream. There were alien robots and stuff like that, which were coming after me and such. I beleive in this stuff. I am 16 going on 17 and I don’t drink. :p
