LOS ANGELES, CA – One rapper gives a whole new meaning to “go big or go home!”
Snoop Dogg has a taste for the finer things and a want for the extravagant. He’s cultivated a larger than life personality and sometimes the only thing that can accommodate such a personality is an entire country. The rap star was in talks to rent the nation of Liechtenstein.
Dogg wanted the entire county to be the spot for his upcoming video shoot and the deal fell apart only due to Dogg’s time constraints. The news of such an epic deal came as a surprise to the tiny, affluent principality. Liechtenstein scoffed at the idea that their county was looking to be part of Snoop Dogg’s posse.
“There is no ‘For Rent’ sign on our country,” ambassador Claudia Fritsche told the NY Post. “No part of any government agency is involved in this.”
A Liechtenstein property manager, Karl Schwaerzler, insisted to the Mirror that Dogg indeed wanted to rent all 61 square miles of the country for his video shoot.
“We’ve had requests for places and villages but never one to hire the whole country before,” he said. “It would have been possible, but Snoop Dogg’s management did not give us enough time.”
That's outrageous and he has some nerve! Our country is not for rent for anybody! And if it were, I doubt even Bill Gates could afford it!
