ANDREW KOENIG MISSING

VENICE, CA – Police are asking for help in  locating former “Growing Pains” co-star, Andrew Koenig!
Koenig played the character Richard “Boner” Stabone on the popular show in the 80s. Koenig, 41, has not been seen or heard from since February 14. His father, Walter Koenig, said that his son had been visiting friends in Toronto and then traveled to Vancouver, where he was living for a time.
Andrew was expected back at his home in Venice, CA on February 16, but his father said that he never showed up, but he had received a letter postmarked February 15 that raised serious concerns. “He sounded despondent,” Walter said. “Nobody has seen this note but my wife and I.”
Andrew was “not in a good frame of mind when he called us. He was depressed,” Walter told the Vancouver Sun. The last recorded activity on Andrew’s phone is from February 16, with some bank activity around the same time but nothing since.
Although he has never again reached the same levels of popularity form his days on “Growing Pains,” Andrew has done extensive work in standup comedy, documentary films, and has become quite the environmentalist.
The search for Andrew Koenig is reaching levels of national emergency. This former childhood star brought joy and laughter to many and his safe return is on the minds and hearts of thousands across the nation. Any help in this ongoing search is greatly welcomed and appreciated.
