REINCARNATED WWII FIGHTER PILOT

BATON ROUGE, LA – A Louisiana couple have written a book defending their belief that their son was a World War II fighter pilot in a past life.

Bruce and Andrea Leininger appeared on “Good Morning America” to promote their book, Soul Survivor: The Reincarnation of a World War II Fighter Pilot. Their son James, now 11, was obsessed with fighter planes from an early age. But around when he turned two years old, James began to have vivid nightmares of dying in a plane crash in water.

The Leiningers swear that James only watched children’s television, and was never exposed to anything that could have triggered that kind of imagination. With nowhere to turn, Andrea got in contact with Carol Bowman, a specialist in past lives counseling. Bowman taught the parents how to talk to James about his nightmares in order to learn who he was reliving.

After two years, the Leiningers had gathered enough details to determine James was in fact reliving the death of Lt. James McCready Huston, a 21-year-old Navy pilot who died during World War II when his plane was shot down in the Pacific Ocean in March 1945. Even James Huston’s now elderly sister has met the boy, and believes it is true.

These days, James does not have the vivid memories he once did, but he is excited about the book being released. Take a look at the video below of James as a child:

  1. Is there no one else to prove this? An elderly, a kid and parents promoting a book….
Hmm, I am sooo close to believing! What I want is a story from the boy himself or some experts. Oh well. 🙂

  2. This story is very fascinating. I'm glad that these people stop believing in their child. I don't think it matters as to what faith you were brought up in either. When, I was a child I brought up that there wasn't no such thing, I'm not sure if it was because of religion or just because my parents didn't believe in this sort of thing. There is alot of unexplained stuff in this world. I could go on and on about it. Personally, I do believe that this sort of thing does exist. I can't believe that God put us down here on earth for X amount of years than have us die. I think that God put us here for a reason (not just because he loved us and sacrificed himself for us and our sins), but there has to more than this. It seems to me though, that whatever unfinished business we have here on earth (no matter what it is), we come back in another form to finish it some how. Rather it be in a spirit form or in reincarnation.

    • i read this like 3 times and still can't figure out what the heck this person is talking about "told us head wings like a bird" say what ?? "when he was a man he flew there was no way he would have a plane" who ? what now ? "he lived at kennery airport." who ? the boy in a past life ?

  4. I don't believe in reincarnation, however, I do believe this boy has a spiritual bond with Lt. Huston. I think maybe he wanted to tell his sister something, or wanted us to know his story and the sacrifice that he made with his life in WWII. I think many of us might have a connection to these souls. They died so young and violently! Remeber Lt Huston and all our vetrans who died so we that can live in freedom today.

    • Jesus believed in re-incarnation! The early Catholic church taught about it. Most religions believe in it. What makes YOU THINK it can't be true??????????? "Justinian" … who was the emperor at one point, decided to "throw out" the idea of re-incarnation and ERASE it from the Catholic Churches teachings, because he didn't like the idea that he could be reborn and come back as a common person. The Pope at that time was a weakling and went along with Justinian's decree in order to save himself. James is NOT THE ONLY BOY to have such experiences. Oprah Winfrey has done several shows and dedicated them to re-incarnation and again used dozens of children with similar experiences. If you want to watch any of the episodes…, you might get an education and get off you high horse of disbelief.

    • Are you serious? The Lord Jesus Christ did NOT believe in reincarnation. Whatever is going on here is from the pit of hell. It's a shame that these two parents are so overtaken with the witchcraft of the catholic 'church' that they have involved their very own son.

This stuff is from satan..plain and simple.

    • The Bible never mentions people having a second chance at life or coming back as different people or animals. Jesus told the criminal on the cross, "Today you will be with me in paradise" (Luke 23:43), not "You will have another chance to live a life on this earth."

    • Ok, Believer. What makes YOU think that YOUR views are the only ones that are correct? So Lemmdus does not believe in reincarnation? Is he right or wrong? No, It is merely what he believes in. Oprah Winfrey is not the final judgement on truth or untruth, fact or fiction. It is a television show. Here is my belief….you are an idiot.

  5. I agree with Anthony, no one wants or likes war (we hope anyway) and yes, hopefully someday GODS promise will come to pass and the world will be a place of peace…but, until GOD regains supreme over us all war is going to be a part of our existence. We have to stay strong, diligent and unfortunately have some sense of fear instilled in our enemies or they would crush us. History has shown over and over and over across thousands of years that the strong live on and the weak perish. We have no choice, if we want to survive, but to have war as an option our enemies fear more then attacking us.

    • "Until god regains supreme over us" what kind of statement is that? Is he not in control? Is he not all mighty and powerful? He created us and the universe for goodness sake. Why the heck would he need to regain supreme over us?

  6. We hear news every now and than where One remembers the incidents from his/her past life and upon verification, those incidents or stories related to past life were found true. Not to mention that not in every case one wanted to sell his/her story for the commercial use.

  7. Yeah, obviously we here about these every now and then, but they are just coincidences. Why would they make a story about something that wasn't one of these coincidences, that's why it may seem that reincarnation may have happened for some people.

  8. There are some religions that believe human life is a precious gift and only chance for you to get closer to God. You are destined to repeat the cycle of life and death if you fail to meet that objective for whatever reason

  9. It is interesting how people are easily brain washed through their religion by association. Open your mind a bit and you will see that this is just peaking through our conciousness. Read the book 'Many Lives and Many Masters' by Brian Weiss.

  10. I KNOW there is reincarnation because I had a similar experience to this story. As a child, I used to have a nightmare about being at some sort of temple with huge pillars and I believe I was dreaming about the last moment of my previous life. I had this same scene repeated over and over in my dreams until I was about 10 years old. It used to terrify me but as I got older I realized why I had this dream.
I know some people are so stuck in their own narrow mind they can not believe anything outside of their faith but I can ensure you, you do come back when you choose to.

  12. Hi there,

The Reincarnation phenomenon has been proved by several researchers, such as Ian Stevenson, Jim Tucker, Brian Weiss etc.
Then why is so difficult for many people to believe in this natural fact? Because most of them just try to understand the “life” based on the materialist paradigm… that’s the problem. It is necessary to shift the paradigm to understand the world, the life, who we are, what we are doing here etc.
My suggestion: read Allan Kardec’s books.

    Cheers.
