CAIRO – Obama’s speech in Cairo was a raging success.  King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia presented him with a special Keyboard Cat video as congratulations.

Yesterday President Barack Obama made his highly anticipated speech to the Muslim world.  In an auditorium at Cairo University President Obama spoke in one of his most watched moments yet as President, hoping to set a new tone between the United States and the 1.5 billion Muslims of the world.  The end of his speech was met with a standing ovation and thunderous applause.

Critics and Arab citizens from all walks of life are praising the speech as a positive step for US Muslim relations.  King Abdullah, so impressed with the speech and its reception, had a something special made for the President.  Before Obama left Cairo Abdullah presented him with a video of Obama’s controversial bow to King Abdullah being played off by Keyboard Cat.

The polite gesture made by Obama earlier this year set off a firestorm among conservative news outlets at home.  King Abdullah had his Royal Ministry of Internets attach footage of the incident to the popular internet meme.

President Obama greatly enjoyed the clip, and said he looks forward to watching it with his children when he gets home.  Weekly World News staff has taken the clip from Saudi national website and released it on YouTube.
