NEW YORK, NY – Buster Simcus, the world’s fattest man, has offered new advice for Donna Simpson!
In 1995, Simcus went on a flab-busting diet that helped him lose 2,301 pounds. To lose the weight, Simcus adopted a 350-calorie-a-day regimen over a period of eight months. Simcus has emailed Simpson to let her know that adding pounds isn’t the only way to go. Simcus continued sitting down for an exclusive interview with the Weekly World News. “I was the world’s fattest human and I was truly miserable. I knew my days were numbered if I didn’t drop the weight. That’s what started my diet. It really works and Donna Simpson ought to give it a try. I can get her back to 400 pounds in 4 weeks.” The Buster Simcus diet consisted of the following regimen:
BREAKFAST: One slice dry wheat toast, two-inch wedge of cantelope, black coffee.
AM SNACK: Two carrot sticks.
LUNCH: Lettuce, celery and onion salad, topped with two tablespoons of nonfat yogurt dressing. Mineral water.
PM SNACK: 3 carrot sticks.
DINNER: Three ounces chicken, skinned and broiled. Six ounces broccoli. Mineral water.
