LOS ANGELES, CA – Former Olympian and reality show star Bruce Jenner has received his second facelift. As part of a season finale surprise, he received Joan Rivers’ old face.
Bruce Jenner appears as the ‘trampled upon’ step-father on the E! show “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.” His initial claim to fame was winning the gold medal in the decathlon in the 1976 Olympics. In a crossover shocker, he appeared on the season finale of “The Celebrity Apprentice.”
Joan Rivers, a contestant on this season of Apprentice, had to act as a surgical assistant in the procedure giving Jenner her old face. Rivers made it through the 6 hour ordeal and won the show. She beat rival Annie Duke who had been asked mud wrestle the finalists from “The Biggest Loser.”
Joan Rivers old face has been kept in cold storage since 1986. As she has continued to have adjustments made, any original tissue removed has joined the rest of her face at a storage facility in Middleboro, New Jersey.
Bruce Jenner, a fan and advocate of plastic surgery, agreed to have Joan’s old face to give his own a more “refreshed and natural” look.
Results from the procedure will be broadcast for the first time on this weekend’s season finale of “Keeping up with the Kardashians.”
