Klum filmed the segment for the show on June 8, but it was only screened in Spain last night.
Over the past few weeks, she’s been travelling around Europe performing various promotional activities.
Last week she was in Germany for the Next Top Model finalist photocall and was on the French Riviera last month attending some parties during the Cannes Film Festival.
And it appeared today, she was back Stateside, doing a spot of shopping in New York CIty.
She tweeted: ‘Visiting one of my favourite stores in NYC – @newbalance on 5th Ave and 20th Street.’
Meanwhile, it was announced the 10th season of her TV show Project Runway would be starting on Lifetime on July 19.
A group of 16 designers will be battling it out to win a $100,000 prize from L’Oreal to start a fashion line.
