NEW YORK, NY – One baseball star is just “playing the field” and has blondes fighting over him!
Alex Rodriguez might be the envy of many men. Not only does he play for the Yankees and owns a championship ring with them, but he’s now got a little cat-fight brewing for his affection. Kate Hudson was left high and dry by A-Rod and he’s moved on to his next blonde, Cameron Diaz. Hudson isn’t exactly happy with that move.
Hudson is reportedly pissed off at A-Rod for dating Diaz. According to her, she thinks Diaz is dating the baseball star to get revenge on Hudson for hooking up with Justin Timberlake. That is some high school drama for your mama. One would never guess that Hudson is a grown Hollywood actress.
“Kate hates Cameron,” an insider told the Daily News. “She thinks it’s payback, pure and simple.”
The Cameron Diaz corner begs to differ. They see this new relationship as A-Rod opting for a committed relationship rather than a sputtering fling.
“Cameron was actually in a serious long-term relationship with Justin,” a Diaz friend said. “She thinks it’s a joke Kate would be mad. Kate is only upset because she hates being single.”
Diaz won’t be attending too many Yankee games, however. The two have decided to keep a low profile for the time being.
