Another expert said: “Abductees frequently have recurring dreams or daytime visions about alien beings, spacecraft or extraterrestrial realms.
“They often discover unexplained wounds or scars. Or they mysteriously begin to suffer from physical problems.”
According to Dr. Steiger, the warning signs of alien abductions are:
1. The mysterious onset of illness, including insomnia, loss of appetite, nausea, headaches, a rash or fatigue.
2. The nagging sensation of having “lost” a period of time out of your life.
3. Complete memory loss.
4. The mysterious appearance of scars, bruises, puncture marks, burns or missing hair, suggestive of medical examination by aliens.
5. Recurring dreams. Some common images include extraterrestrial worlds or landscapes, and crystal cities.
6. Recurring daytime images. Common ones are aliens, UFOs or extraterrestrial scenes.
If you have experience two or more of these symptoms, Dr. Steiger advises you to look in your phone book and contact the UFO organization nearest you.
They should be able to put you in touch with someone who can hypnotize and regress you to the time of the abduction so you can remember it completely, the expert said.

When I was 14 I had a dream that I was sleeping on there top bunk of my bunk bed and there was a bright light beaming through the window. I lived on the 11th floor of a tower block. I got out of my bed in my dream climbed down the ladder and as I tried call for my dad I couldn’t! I tried to get to the bottom of the stairs because my Dag was up there and I was becoming overwhelmed by light and started to lose control of my body falling to the ground. I looked up the staircase and saw an alien. Tall, big head cliche movie looking alien… I woke up screaming and very disturbed. Was I abducted? This has been bothering me for 7 years now. =(

True, I have been videotaping many different UFOs this year moving over San Francisco. Seti is wasting their time looking in space when they are already here. But you have to admit, hair loss and memory loss can come with old age or other factors. But I know what you mean. And many have alien implants in them. See Dr. Roger Leirs web site. I just hope a passanger jet does not fly into one, most UFOs have no lights as they fly near airports.

I have the symptoms. I also just had not being able to move when waking up in dream.
I had the same thing happen to me last night. Thats why Im here. I was sleeping on my side and I was waking up and I saw a small figure a litttle far beside me and I tried to move but I couldnt move. I began to panic and started praying. I heard my name and when I tried moving again I realized I was paralyzed. Trying to scream but I couldnt and then felt a wave of some kind of weird peace blackout. then the next thing I knew. I was dreaming that exact same Incident and woke up in my dream, as if I had woken up when I wanted myself to. I woke up in real life an hour later. After Dreaming about water skiing with my family. It was very scary. Im going to try and video tape on my cam corder tonight. Tom Montalk said that it makes them upset and confused and they leave you alone. I don't know. I guess I will see.

Something weird happened last night . I had randomly woken up at 4:44 and freaked out cuz I read that’s when stuff happens . So I went to my sisters room. While in there I kept hearing noises . It was about 6:00 when my parents alarms went off. Two minutes later i saw a white light and my head was intensely pulsing and a Loud hum filled my ears. I wanted to scream but couldn’t . If you want to get abducted you must travel to various air force bases around the country at bazaar times during big holidays. Your best bet is to try to locate a secret transportable base. They move them along the railroad tracks. I believe they are for human alien contact. Being loud and pushing the boundaries during contact works well trust me!!!!!!!!!!!!! it helps

Last summer, my boyfriend and I were out back in our pastures at night walking around. We looked up. We say an extremely large light, I mean the size of a skyscraper beaming down to earth. This is not a joke nor a lie! We can both testify to this. It was as big around as well. After several minutes, the light beamed up. It did not go out, it slid up toward the sky as if an elevator was rising to the sky. I am serious. As our eyes followed it we saw a mass of clouds in a clear star filled sky. It was very scary. We felt really weird to have experienced this. We live fifteen miles from Fort Drum. An Army base. But it was not over that. perhaps someone was being abducted. We don't know. But this is the truth!

You are just imagining it. Aliens maybe out there but they have not reached Earth. It has been proven. Just because some doctor makes a well selling book, does not mean you should believe you have been abducted by aliens. It is extremely likely that aliens are real but to say they have come to Earth is invalid.
–i have alot of experiences….but these "entities" arent here to benefit us in any way. Seems you have been going thru abductions all ur life and probably still are…..i am not sure-100% sure-i believe they are demonic.I had a "man" walk up to me on a fishing dock and i was drawn to his eyes…they morphed to "cateyes" & it was hard to take my eyes off him – he smirked and walked away….many "dreams" of being on ships, shown around, seeing women on board in glass tubes-inanimate-……seeing endtimes etc etc. Have scoop marks, scar under chin…woken to numerous strange shaped bruises. etc etc. Dont be glad of this. On febuary 1996, I laid in my bed unable to move and all I could see was static like a television station not working, when I was aware of my eyes and vision coming back I heard a strange thumping hum above my apt. I began to loose weight .within weeks and bleeding rectally. In june of 1997 I had to have surgery to repair my rectum that was cut and didn't heal correctly, months later after that surgery I had a lump appear in my salivary gland that after many treatments of antibiotics was removed and upon doing so the ENT was completely baffled as to what it was. White,round, like an eraser. I have been on an anti seizure drug since 1997. The doctor could not explain my basic nervous breakdown as she explained it in 1996. I have not really thought this could be really an explanation as to what caused such a terrifying feeling. I do believe I have become numb to affection and feel hopeless most of the time and this just has never made sense to me because I was a very active happy productive person before this happened . I live in Houston tx. If they did indeed come here , Why? I don't even like Houston. I hope this helps someone else.

I know this is strange but yesterday seeing that video of the lights over Jerusalem it compelled me to finally do searches on alien abductions. When I was about 6-7 we moved to Oklahoma I remember waking up in my bed thinking how did I get here? who am I? I got up walking down the hall way with my hand sliding against the wall with whispers in my head not whispers you can understand nothing that was threatening by any means then gradually I started getting my memory back within that short hallway walk. I heard those whispers for a long time on and off again nothing I could comprehend nothing telling me to do strange things lol just wierd soft whispers. And what really gets to me is when I see movies of alien abductions they have those same whispers THEY SOUNDED JUST LIKE THAT! To add to this story as I got older I asked my dad what he thought of alien abductions and my father said ask your mother she says she saw a UFO when we lived in Oklahoma. We only lived there for 8 months. For some reason I still to this day have never asked her. I don't know why?? I also don't remember when the whispers finally stopped.
I have kept this to myself for about 15 years but my curiosity has gotten the best of me, I awoke one morning and as I ran my hand through my hair I was startled to find two bald spots about the size of a half dollar. I looked around my pillow there was no loose hair, the bald spots were on the left side of my head absolutely smooth with no bruising. Later that morning I was out in the back yard and found three circles in the grass, they were just slight depressions the circles were approximately 30 inches and evenly spaced in a triangle about two feet apart. This has been nagging at me since, I am one of those that say who are we to think we are the only ones. I would like to see if others have experienced similar hair loss and have seen similar marks on the ground.

This is becoming more and more serious as i find more information. i believe ive been abducted quite a few times. ive never told anyone but my close friend, and that was just in the past 6 months… i seem to remember growing up in a totally different house than the one i "know" i grew up in. sometimes when im daydreaming but focusing, i can see this "other house" in some detail, but not all. and in these visions i never see any of my family there. i also have memories of a specific pair of boots… in the visions im always looking down at my feet.. i try to control the vision and look up, but i always get cut off. also these days i keep getting extreme headaches, unexplained, am always fatigued,and keep getting sinus infections. and bruises in the morning on the inside of my bicep area

Hi there, I need some info, my son was tucked in last night perfectly fine, I was awakened at 3:10 am central time by something in my head to go and look out the patio door as I walked into my kitchen area I noticed that there was a lot of green lighting outside, I live in a rural setting and my home has many windows that are not covered including my patio doors, anyway as I got closer I noticed it was just the northern Light (aurora borealis as some call it) very bright and ver large. I stood at my patio doors for about 20 minutes and went back to bed. (please see other part of this story in next comment)
The next morning was a normal morning for myself, but when I went and dressed my 5 year old son who was going to school I noticed strange markings on his chest
these marks are raised an embedded in his skin , kinda like a rash but raised , the markings have 5 digits and one with a triangle with 3 dots in the middle, I did take a close up picture with my cannon and it is clear as day. I know that my son did not sleep with any toys or anything else that could have made this imprint in his skin which is very cemetrical in nature and red like a scar. I cannot find a logical answer to this and thought I could look online to see if anyone can compare these markings to other markings out there. This is not a hoax in anyway and have the photo's and my sun on video tape to prove this. thanks
Ok. This is weird for me to even been posting here. I have NEVER thought i was an abductee until I had this dream about an hour ago.
I had a dream that I was still in the military and our planet was being taken over by aliens and we were all hiding out in a warehouse and the aliens kept trying to impersonating the FBI and trying to get us to open the doors and the only way we knew the difference between if they were human or aliens was because my dog Freedom would only bark really loud if they were human. All the animals would be realllly creepily quite and just go to the door, scared like, if they were aliens.. I woke up from that with my heart racing soooo fast. now. that being said.. I started with a dream dictionary.. To see what it ment on a spiritual level.. And it led me to this site somehow.. And i was reading more and more from other sites.. & Ive woken up on numerous accounts with unaccounted for bruises, Ive had times where i was having horrible hallucinations and felt paralyzed and I couldnt move or talk or scream out for help.. Im to the point now where im absolutely terrified to go to sleep.
Back in 94 I was watching for russin cosminot to come down frm space. I saw 3 balls of light in the sky . It was like they wr playing or putting on a show.. it happend for about 25min then the 3 went in to 1? It was very strange. If my mom and frnd wrnt thr id think I was crazy. Since then I have a couple diffrent reoccurring dreams . I always see the ship/s above my house as I’m lookn out bathrm windo. Another one is I’m standing outside and thr is gold dust falling frm the sky as thr leaving. Its so real and scary when I see the ufos I wanna wake up. I also wake up screaming and hypervetalting not remebering a thing . Just my bfrienf lookn at me like I’m crazy. My dream last nite was ufo was out side and I was screaming for my bfriend to help me. This morning I felt like I got no sleep . I went to bed with my soxs on
Went to beds with soxs on and woke up with them off wich I thought was weird…but didn’t second guess. Then my right hand is so swollen like it was slamed or I punch somthing wich I didn’t. All day I’ve been trying to figure it out. Then I see one of my soxs in the kitchen on side of door well and my other sox is not in the bed I checked? Am I crazy??? I would never dare to tell anyone I kno this. Any opinions?
i was dreaming about a month ago that i was flying and i fell several storys and woke up with a pain in my leg i looked at my leg and to make things short i now have a huge deep scar on the back of my leg and have no memmory of why its there
Just woke up 10 minutes ago. i have a mark on my right forearm like i was just injected with something, but woke up when i felt something in my left nostril. normally i would have fallen back to sleep but something told me 'theirs something odd' so i started looking for more strange things. i sleep with 2 pillows, one under my head, one between my arms/chest, looked to find my pillow standing up against the wall behind my 'head' pillow.. never since i've lived here a year its been there. so i blew my nose hoping to find a spider (gross but at least it would explain what i felt) but nothing. looked inside and apparently from what i can tell, nose hairs were burnt out?? what in the hell is going on??
So about a month ago my mom was preparing chicken in the kitchen (breading chicken breasts) and she suddenly felt a burn sensation in her arm when she looked at her lower arm she found that there was a raised plant shape figure on her arm… There was nothing on to burn her and she was away from the stove which also was not on. That mark suddenly disappeared which a burn of that size does not do. No mark was left as if it were never there…. I saw it and felt it and we managed to take a picture… Cant figure where it came from… she had no allergic reaction either we are sure of that…. cant figure it out…. she has had past events of mysterious events… any ideas??

Oh man I don’t know were to start but I’m so scared I can’t even sleep I swear I think I’ve been abducted I’m 15 years old and I always feel as if someone is looking at me and I have the tendency to look at the direction. But the worst was like a couple months ago. I woke up couldn’t move but could move my eyes. A while back i had a very… realistic feeling "dream". and it was very clear and vivid altho there was a lot of blank spots. i was taken on board some sort of ship. i looked around and saw a bunch of faces staring at me, like i was an animal in a zoo. i cant exactly describe the faces i saw unfortunately. but they sat me down. talked in a different language. they placed some sort of cloth material over my head, like a very thin mesh. then gave me some device and made me aim it at one particular "alien" i remember i could communicate with him telepathically. we had a conversation. i dont remember what was said and thats where the "dream" ended and i awoke.
Only a couple of days ago for some reason i felt the conpulsion to research extra-tarrestirals(i cant spell big word correctly) and ever since then i have been conecting dot and through out my life i have had a fear of pray mantis’s, crickets and grasshoppers and as i was reading and saw pictures i came across the speices known and praying mantis and some of the picture made me scared and yet i am able to continue and read about back pains, missing time, i have a scar on my left limb connection on the inner thigh and its seems as if its a triangle and i wake up dehyrdated, i can hear stuff happoening around me even with my music on ma phone up full blast, i asionally ill hear grunts/ringing/clicking and various noises, i have seen about 6 ufos that i can remember in my lifetime, i wake up with random brusies that take weeks to fully heal and i have 2 needle marks on my left arm and i do not know how they got there, i have managed to turn a tv blue permantly from about 7ft away by just moving my arm and from a distance whiping the tv screen, at a young age about 5 or 6 i remember sayin to my mum/nanna and anty as we where comming back from the hills that the ‘aliens’ are going to use that against us one day and pointed at a electircal station, i also have know memory of the trip, and i use to watch the stars and moon with my nanna and i have no recolection of it what so ever my nanna told me that we use to do it every weekend and i dont remember ever doing it, and when i saw a dead reptilan/reptoid i was about to cry for some reason i do not know why.
i dont know what to do yesturday i couldnt sleep so it mustve been around 1 or 2 in the morning and i felt very uncomfortable in my own room i never felt like that before! sudddenly i heard BREATHING! it was so scary my dog started to silently bark but he wouldnt move he was just sitting in the floor staring at the closet barking out a silent “woof”. and he wouldnt stop. i was so scared and the breathing was like a heavy gasping type breathing and then it slowly faded out. I had to pick my dog up and put him with me on my bed but even then he wouldnt stop barking. A couple minutes later i heard a kind of airplane sound outside but it was more like the airplane sound getting louder and softer and then it just stopped. I never heard an airplane sound like that. I dont know how i went to sleep but today i woke up with a headache. The same headache i had all day yesturday…
This morning I woke up early right when the sun started to come at day break. I woke up and felt like I was very slowly being put back down gently on my couch that I was sleeping on last night, also my body was straight and I woke up in the middle of a dream the only part of the dream I can remember is watching an UFO flying off at a horizontal direction from me and it moved super fast at an exotic speed. Then I looked into the kitchen and it looked like a light was in there really faint, then I fell back to sleep. I got up in the early afternoon and took a shower, but I just couldnt get over that weird UFO dream. I looked to see if I had any marks on me and I had 3 little red dots that looked like pimples but they looked like someone had given me 3 shots in a row.

crystal, i have always been a great believer of E.T but never thought i would have any sort of experience connected to them untill this morning. i had a dream within a dream for the 1st time last night and i had to research it as i was left confused by it. i remember everything that happened to me but some small details are hazy. i was in my bed and i felt like a tight sensation at the bottom of my back, then i remember like a cover being put over my head (like you would do as a kid when hiding under youre covers from a bad dream) then i felt the same sensation again on my lower back area. i then woke up from this dream and could not move, i tried to shout out for help but could not. i managed to turn onto my side and the curtains in my room which where drawn before i went to bed where moving as i there was a stong wind blowing on then and i could see a small gold object (i think) in the distance. i thought at this point i was awake only to wake up which left me confused and led me to the situation i am in the now…trying to understand and find mout which happened.

i have visions as a boy of been taken by a tall alien. After that day my mother had to find a way to make a living, In about year and a half she became a practical nurse. I then was alone at home from 10 till 7.30 at night or from 2 till 11.My dreams became weird I dreamed i could jump all over the world. I dreamed of visions of things that may happen in the future. I have had recurring dreams of very pale forms at my bedroom window, had them ever since I was small. Also ever since I can remember I have had a scar like mark on my arm a small circle with a triangle in the centre, no doctors can explain what it is but the shapes are so perfect I can't believe its birth mark! Have been searching for someone with the same mark for years. I also always have the feeling of being watched as many of the others describe.
Could something like that be a sign of abduction?

when i was 14 i was sleeping in my living room couch and i had a dream. in my dream i woke up and looked out the window, in the living room, and saw a ufo. then i heard something or someone walking on the ceiling of my house, after that i remember seeing an alien in the house. that was all i remember. could it be that i was abducted? i guess ill never know. 🙁
I'm 14 and a victim of being abducted as well one way I can tell I have been abducted recently is by seeing if i have any marks or bumps that are implants. It's to bad I can't talk to my parents about this they would think I'm crazy. Any way abductees can usually feel it when they have been aboard the craft.
When I was like 7-8 years old, (Now I'm 30) I had a recurring dream, every night for about 2 weeks. its just a silver spaceship in our backyard. thats all. (no aliens or anything). I dont know y i dreamed about it, more importantly y i dreamed about it for 2 weeks everynight. Sort of weired and left me puzzled (still puzzled)
I too have have several dreams about UFO's, but also meteor and nucular holocausts. I've also drempt about tornadoes.
I've seen what looked like an invasion force, UFO's landing everywhere while I was in my front yard.
I've had 3 vivid dreams in my life where I've woke up and was completely paralyzed. There was a presence in my bedroom, or wherever I was sleeping and I felt pressure holding me down and something messing with the back of my neck. Then I black out. These dreams terrified me.
In the last year I have had UFO dreams way more frequently. I've had dreams about planet X crashing into the earth, something crashing into the moon making it crash into the earth. Very strange stuff.
Up until last night I've only drempt about seeing UFO's and them coming toward me. They would hover above a building I was in and I would get this weird feeling that I was being taken.
Last night was probably the weirdest dream I've ever had. I was in an apartment that I've never been in. Me and my wife were sleeping and we woke up to a weird noise we went to the window and saw several craft coming towards us. I remember the sun was just starting to come up and we saw neighbors already outside watching the crafts approach. These craft looked triangular and had three white lights and one red light in the middle. Me and my wife went outside and walked over to a school parking lot across the street. There we saw one of these craft come over and hover above the parking lot. I beam of light came from the craft and levitated what looked like a pod of some sort down right next to we were standing. Here's where it get's freaky for me. I was afraid, and wasn't sure if they were friend of foe. I had this feeling that they wanted us to get in the pod and go with them.
I asked them "Are you here to help us?" and I was shocked to get an answer. The voice answered in a mono toned voice, it sounded like there were multiple beings speaking at the same time. I got a one word answer, "YES". I then asked they wanted us to go with them and again they answered "YES". I was really scared at this point cause I wanted to go but I didn't know their true intentions. So I asked one final question, "If we go with you, how will you help us?" They said they were going to fly us to a place called Eden, Aden, of Iden. I'm not sure which one exactly but it was one of those. Just as we were going to go with them I woke up. This was one of the most realistic dreams I have ever had and they seem to be getting more frequent.
If they meant "Eden" then I'm really freaked out about this dream because it makes me think that they were taking us to relocate us to another planet, maybe for a fresh start for humans. I really don't know but I guess it's open to interpretation.

i think im being abducted, and worked on almost nightly. they use your subconcious or dreams to block whats happening in reality. i have had the body parelizing dreams as mentioned on this blog page plus weird rashes. i also have this wierd feeling more like thoght that theres something i need to remeber all the time, especially after one of these dreams. tonight i almost caught them i think. they were pulling something out of my rectum and i was trying so hard to wake but i couldnt. everytime these things happen to me i wake feeling very cold to the touch my neck and throat are sore as well as my rectum. i dont know really how to explain what is happening to me, but i know something is going on at night when i sleep. fn cowards! im not scared well at least i think im not. do they blank your mind for your benefit? so you wont be scared? or is it something more covert?

In the nightmare I was sitting on the sofa in the livingroom, and I turn around at the window and there was a spaceship with a little alien standing outside my window, and when I went to run and yell to my mother, I was stiff and I had no voice.
Ever since then I always have nightmares about aliens.
Last summer I used to go camping quite a bit and I would see lights in the sky, and they were NOT planes. I also just found out that other people have seen lights in that same area aswell. Another time, two days before christmas my friend and I noticed a light in the sky going back and fourth over the dam here in town.
I never really thought anything of those things. BUT this past summer something incredibly weird happened. My cousin got married in july. My sister was in the wedding. And all the bridesmaids had this specially made necklace that had the shape of an “S” and a cross through it. Which is really rare, obviously. Anyhoww. Two days after the wedding my boyfriend and I were asleep, and just after 4:30am I woke up from having a nightmare about an alien invasion. And when I woke up there was a handprint on the window. There was three LONG fingers, and a thumb which kind of looked normal. Below that, it looked like someone actually HELD up one of the necklaces from the wedding and pressed it against the window,it was so perfect. A lot of people I tell think it was a prank BUT that’s impossible. The marks were on the OUTSIDE of the window, and my bedroom window is way too far off the ground, you would need a massive ladder to get to it.
I’ve also noticed a bright light over the dam (which I can see from our bedroom) and it seems to be there atleast once a week.
Anyone else get a handprint or anything? I’d love to know. And also, for everyone who may have been abducted, was there any age that it may have stopped at? I’m 19 now. Nearly 20. So its almost been 1f years for me so far. Its kinda creepy.

The marks were on the OUTSIDE of the window, and my bedroom window is way too far off the ground, you would need a massive ladder to get to it.
I’ve also noticed a bright light over the dam (which I can see from our bedroom) and it seems to be there atleast once a week.
Anyone else get a handprint or anything? I’d love to know. And also, for everyone who may have been abducted, was there any age that it may have stopped at? I’m 19 now. Nearly 20. So its almost been 1f years for me so far. Its kinda creepy.

So I have been happily living my life and then today something weird hit my husband and I…we have no memory of where we were or what we were doing on New Years Eve 2010! We would know if we went out drinking, we'd know if we were even DRUNK! New years eve is a total blank. It's funny as I'm sure there's something there about hearing fireworks and (could be a different memory) phoning my father at 2am!!?? (I just wouldn't DO that). Futher still, I have had strange dreams about looking after this baby that was mine-yet WASNT mine. This baby is impossible to comfort and bruises each time I try. Whilst "looking after" this baby I am in an unrecognisable world, in this world are arches-like door ways-but NO walls connecting them-no rooms. You can just see everything through these standing (and pointless in my opinion) arches.I have also had a numb and tingling feeling in my left, outer thigh. At one point the tingling was so much I complained constantly. Also I have had many, many unexplained bruises. However on that note I AM a rather clumsy woman. Sooo abducted? Not abducted? I'm really not sure…IF my memory comes back I'll let you know.

i have a very wierd mark on my stomach.. i'd have to say i got it when i was around 10. When I was 8 years old me and my two brothers where watching tv when I saw a glowing blub of green light float behind us. I got up and followed the the light it floated pass my father. Me and my mother followed the light as it went into our kitchen and out the window. Over the years I have witnessed may strange things, ufo's floating above our apartment complex, a ship looking like a rocket shooting off straight up then making a sharp turn left then back up straight, and the most recent siting was in my current home. The weather was suppose to be clear skies all night, but around 2am clouds appeared out of no where really, and I was standing in my back yard when a clearing in the clouds break an there are three lights in a triangle form shining really bright. Then to the right of that triangle another appears but not as bright. They Seem To Hover In One Place For A Long Period Of Time Then Get Closer. I wake my father an he to see's them, we watch them for an hour then as quickly as they appeared they were gone and so were the clouds. I've always witnessed things but have wondered why is it I always seem to be in the right place at the right time. Is there any specific reason why I always witness things things? Is there a deeper meaning to this? Any help or comments would help. Oh I am 23 as of the date and these events just seem to happen closer and closer.

Hello fellow abductees. I personally feel as if i have a connection to the other realms of the universe. I always dream about them (aliens) and my dreams always tell me things. Im not quite sure if i have fully been abducted or not but i do have a strong connections and fear towards the other world. Yes i am scared.
I have a job in hypnotic regression and hypnotherapy and I belive that alien abductions are just false memorys. During hypnotic regression, fantasy can be confused with fact, causing the ‘abductie’ to belive they were abducted by aliens, when in actual fact, they imagined it all.
i Don’t think all these cases are fake at all. Unexplained things do happen, i myself have had my own personal experiences and not just in dreams, Face to Face. wheither it be a ghost or alien,i believe they do exist and it goes way beyond that.

This yr of 2012 i believe that my 2yr old son has been abducted actualy i know he has cuz ive shard pics of unidentified strange markings with an alien specialist stan r. and he strongly believes my son was abducted. i also believe that i have been abducted about 3-4 months after my son. One day about 5 years ago I felt ill so I stayed home from school
I had all the curtains closed and the lights off in my loungeroom and fell asleep on the Couch. I woke up for maybe 10 seconds, I was paralyzed and all I could make out was lots of bright lights above me and shadows like someone was in the room with me.
I awoke sometime later completely normal.
Since that day i began to have recurring nightmares about aliens abducting me,my father and in particular my younger brother in which i try to save him but he is either taken or volentarly goes with them. Alot of My dreams since that day have consisted of death destruction and catastraphy.
I started sleep walking/talking and on serval occasions told my mother that aliens were coming for my brother in my sleep. I also awoke several times to find myself walking into my closet after experiencing my alien dreams and even once awoke standing up right on my front lawn looking up at the night sky.
On one particular occasion I went to sleep in my bedroom and
Awoke in a haze to find myself in my brothers bedroom in the spare bed I do not recall him being in the room with me where he should have been, I fell back asleep and several hours later awoke in my own
Bedroom, I felt the need to check on my brother and found him sound asleep in his bed. I almost felt as if I was trying to protect him from something and so I slept in the spare bed across from him
For the remandier of the night.
I have developed sever migrains, nausea,insomnia and often have time lapses, generally When driving I will arrive at a destination and
Not remember the drive there and wonder how I possibly arrived there safe.

this actually happened just a couple months ago. (this year)
one day i woke up in the middle of the night, my dad (actually an alien) was right there by me, setting the sheets better. my door had no knob, i peeked out the door, AND MOTHER OF GOD, I SAW A ALIENS EYE AND PART OF ITS FACE. I WAS ACTUALLY ABDUCTED! i felt like screaming hell, but somehow, i randomly fell asleep in about just 1 or 2 seconds.my memory is sharp, they failed to erase to my memory obviously (if it would work, i would just be amazed at your odds). its true.
i swear, this was the scariest moment of my entire life. and im 15.
When I was 8 I remember that out one night on a camping trip, we all had settled down to go to sleep. I remember looking up at the sky watching the stars and it was so quiet. Then all of a sudden I heard faint humming sound coming close and there was this big saucer with all kinds of lights with colors but not bright and it was going very slow. It passed over and I remember thinking to myself what was that and how pretty it was. I never mentioned it until I got older and realized what it was. I haven't seen anything else senice , and I don't remember anything after I saw it. (the trip, going to sleep, if I said anything. etc.) I really do not think it was a dream. I can remember so clearly every detail of this one sighting but that is the only thing i remember about our camping trip. Weird now that I think about it……anyways thought I would share. I guess I’m like the rest of you experiencing something that we can’t explain. I too have had episodes where I’m paralyzed & unable to move. I scream for help but hear no sound. Strangest sensation & very scary. But what led me to this site is trying to find info on waking up with 3rd degree burn going down my leg. This happened 12 yrs ago & I still have a scar. My daughter experienced the same thing about 6 yrs ago but her burn was smaller & is mostly gone now. last night i hade a wird dream, it was the 3rd time i've dreamed with uof's first time was back in may this yr. dreamed i was in a metal table, with a metal bar, arround my head, arms neck,feet waist, as i oped my eyes to a bright light, saw this thin hands that were infront of my face, nex i see were theese big black eyes, there was 2 types of different aliens, one type was tall , big eyes big head, long fingers, the second type was short n n chubby, but as a 3rd type enter the surgical room, the other 2 types left, as if they were scared of this 3rd type, he looked like a snake/ lizzard. his color was brown with scabs similar to a snakes. later that day i hade a sting inside my anus that paralized my whole spinal cord for like 50 sec, the next 3 days i hade problems sleeping, every time i closed my eyes i would c the snake/ lizards eyes, n would wake up, i started developed a fobia, n would only b somewhat comfortable sleeping during day time, 2nd dream was the day after the 1st. i remember seeing a bright light from a triangular shaped saucer, n this elongated siluetes were exiting.
then last night was my 3rd dream, remember them saying something about a book, a planet in our solar system that is invisible. very similar to ours, with different types of animal species. also i saw a fetus, cant recall if it was of a human human/ alien or alien, it was dark though. ever since my first dream back in may I've ben getting this wired feeling that i am being stared at,( being watched) it mostlly happens when i in my room alone, also when im alone it feels as if theres some one else inside the room with me. whats funny is that my sis has experinced the same feeling of not being alone when she is in my room. i've started doodling havent doodle since i was 10, but different from then is that my doodles are only of thees dreams i keep on having, faces, siluetes, lights, objects, species, shapes, the surgical room. typing this memories is giving me the chills. today i woke up with a red mark on the right side on back of my eye ball, when accendentlly i looked in the mirror noticed it from the back of my eye, i was seriouslly tripping out. another thing i remeber looking at the sky and noticed how the sky went all arround the planet downwards, n saw other parts of land mass downwards. it was so real im stil kindof freaked out about going to sleep. if any body can give me some type of help on how i may overcome this?
My x-husband, use to see aliens all the time. He shows all the signs. Could not sleep at night, would sleep walk. One night he was gasping for air, I woke up to him struggling to breath, I tried to wake him and he could not wake up but he was also not breathing, out of panic I started mouth to mouth, until he awoke. I had an occurrence a few years ago where i was abducted by aliens, i was taken on their ship and i remember being woken up by a very bright light that shined into my eyes and upon waking up. I see these 4 tall, skinny grey aliens with the big black eyes staring down at me. My first reaction is i started screaming as loud as i can, then they threw this white thin linen blanket over me and i woke up in my bed sweating not too long after. I had a dream that I was abducted by aliens..they didn’t talk but I woke up in there spaceship..i remember feel afraid but the taller alien that was wearing a red material cloak looked at me through the door and just stared at me and calmed me down like it was going to be okay the next thing i hear are girls screaming then an alien came in my room and stuck a shot in my leg and i was trying so hard to get away after her got me..we landed on this very bright marsh like plain with a beautiful ocean and a city that was far away from where we landed but you could see it..everyone around me on this planet wete humans and gorgeous! I woke up this morning and i noticed that the right side of my body started to hurt. i also noticed that i felt very tired and that i havnt got any sleep. and i looked on my right arm and saw what looked like a stab wound that had been cauterized. when i looked at the rest of my body i saw that i had scratches and that it seemed like the scratches were very deep but they werent bleeding. can anyone shed some light on my situation.

I was running a fever one night and while half asleep began smelling a musky (squid type?) odor. I thought that I was dreaming about aliens, but this was no dream. As the smell got stronger, my fever rose, I began tossing and turning and the aliens scurried out of my bedroom. I believe that my fever rising was divine intervention from heaven. This is a true story and is not my first encounter with aliens.

OMG I have a scar on my chest and I don't know how in the hell it got there.
A few months ago I had this called sleep piralysis this scared me so much after I had it happened to me I saw a blue man. What happened was I woke up in the middle of the night not able to move or speak but I was trying so hard to, I tried to get my boy friend to wake up but he couldnt here me I was full on awake after 20 seconds of that I was able to move I was so scared I then saw something in the curtains so quickly ripped my head the other way I looked over on the other side of the room and a blue man was staring at me I was so scared I face my pillow and just laid there wanting to cry I could not sleep. Next couple days after that time seemed to go by within a blink of an eye like I was gone some were but I didn’t know it. Me and my boyfriend were driving home at exactly 130 it only took about 10 min max to get back home when we got home we looked at the time and it was 2 40 we didn’t know what happened. Maybe are phone had the wrong time but I checked my phone and it had the same time as my clock. So where were we for that past hour ? I couldn’t tell you til this day.

I had a dream on more than one occasion that I woke up in my bed and someone i dont know who Was standing in the corner of me room and when I looked at them became paralysed many times have I had this dream and it’s unsettling everytime. I used to have dreams of being abducted all the time. I dreamed about them almost every night and would wake up with bruises on my arms and legs. The bruises looked like finger tips which freaked me out. I always talked about aliens and my dreams n my parents would just shrug it off so I started thinking I was crazy n maybe I was just doing it to myself as I slept. Until one night I dremt of a light taking me and I couldnt move. I was on a table or something and they were examaning me. Similiar to some of these stories one of the aliens comforted me and held my head steady. Another one of them stuffed something metal down my throat keeping it opened and put something else through it. Idk but it was very uncomfortable and I wa. s choking. They left me in broad daylight on a hill with a visible city. down at the bottom. I was still choking but learned to breath with the metal thing down my throat n I stumbled trying to get to the city. Idk wat happened after that but I woke up in my bed and ever since then I feel like there is still something down my throat. Sometimes I think im going to cough it out but it goes back down…then one night I woke up to someone whispering my name and afraid I stayed under the covers (17 years old at the time) and I heard my door opening and I felt its presence getting closer so I closed my eyes tighter and talked about jesus and how he was born human and how thankful I was of knowing and I heard a pissed off screech. I clenched my fists and kept my eyelids closed and I felt the presence go away. At that moment I got up and started crying. My grandmother is a godly woman and we prayed. That moment gave me faith and idc what anyone elses oppinuon is but I believe there is a balance of light and darkness. I believe im being protected by a higher power that is stronger then aliens.

@JohnDoe @Galen @Nicole they say it is usual for abductees to experience loss of time. __Anyways here is my story a few years back I was watching youtube videos and I watched alot of videos about how the government is out of control and there was this one that talked about it, it was largely about the city of atlantis but they said in 2012 or something government tyranny that aliens will be taking people to safety. __So I went for a drive to telepathically contact them, to ask them if they would help me if the $#!# ever hit the fan. _Silly me I went out of town but near the airport, so ofcourse I didn't see anything, found a green sucker in my pocket which seemed metaphorically appropriate. but then the next night there was a light shining on me from out side in the sky on me in my room. I got startled and it seemed my startledness freaked them out cause they took off faster than any plane could go and without a sound.
I didn't experience any loss of time or marks but then again I didnt check to hard._Some weeks later I had a dream very vague. Something about Aliens, I thought they were abducting my mom and me and impregnating us but also my cat (so that cat part is a little weird(weird for Alien stuff weird)). _I woke up to see them taking off again. _I've occassionally had dreams of seeing ufos out side and one other aboard a ship but they were humanoid and it was more dream like then alien like when it comes right down to it. _I never experience unusual marks other then occassional and rarely I get light scratches, totally mytseriously. people had said maybe it was my cat but I know it wasn't that would be more unlikely. Not sure I believe its aliens either but ya.
have experienced the throat thing that @yasmine was talking about. really freaky cause totally the same symptoms although according to my doctor as well as the internet it also describes when throat muscles tighten up. I do drink lots of water but I still get it really bad and I quite smoke cigerettes and pot for several years for smokes and maybe about a year for pot but I still get this throat thing. I wonder if I can go to a doctor and say I want an xray for this. __I don't know if I'm in deniel but does this sound like I am being abducted? I'm sure I encountered them, but I think it is hard to say if I am getting abducted or not. What do you guys think? And why?
i woke up with a mark on my hand it´s round but split into 4 even lines and i been having issue´s on sleep i can´t sleep well and at times it feels like i lost my memory idk what it could be but im guessing the explanation is here
I woke up this morning with a perfectly circular mark on the bottom left part of my left hand (palm side). I noticed it in the shower.
It's just like when you apply pressure on your skin for a very long time with cylindrical object. I tried to recreate it with everything cylindrical shaped in my apartment but I could not find the cause.
I should have taken a photograph because now it's gone.
Now that I think about it, it's not the first time I've seen this mark.
This is kind of freaking me out.
so this is how i remember my abduction note i say REMEMBER! so the night that it happened i was seeing these weird lights in the sky and they were just floating there for about 10 seconds then one disappeared and the other two were darting around unlike any plane could and started to leave- i just shrugged it off but then about 45 minutes later the power went out and it was only i my house which was when i started to get suspicious. despite these things i managed to go to bed and fall asleep but sometime when i was sleeping i saw this really bright light and two figures one of which SEEMED to say the word master after that i blacked out before feeling myself fall to my bed and when i woke up i was sore all over and my covers were sprawled next to me and i was laying on my bed SIDEWAYS and for about two weeks i couldn't remember the day before the strange occurrences AT ALL!

im not sure if i have been abducted but all my life i have felt like a stranger in this world and i was very sickly as a child and i have two small scars one by my ear and it raised a little and one on my ankle and i dont know how i got them and i feel like something is in my nose and it has some oddly shaped cartlidge always has and i too have been paralyzed with a presence looking down on me over a hundred times in my life and im 40 i have phobias and have had panic attacks and i have woke with scratches and bruns and hives before with no reason. i have always been afraid to go to sleep at night. i have seen figures in my room as a small child into adulthood my father and mother and i have all seen ufos. wish i knew for sure why all this has happened to me.

I have all symptoms except complete memory loss. in childhood I think I have seen an angel-like thing in my and my sister`s bedroom but only as a shadow. I don`t remember it as well as fear that I experienced. When I was younger I had a lot of brushes that I can't explain and recently now it started back to a year and the past few months. Where I am half a sleep and talking to someone in my mine and a seeing images in head. Year ago I can burn also look like a sketch mark between my eyes. Recently a couple of weeks go I wake up a marks on right arm and right hand. its about 3am and i cant sleep. i went looking for pictures of alien markings on the body on the net and found this site. i have been waking up with strange markings on my body. the markings are like small scratches and burns all over my wrist and arms.today i watched as a scratch appeared before my very eyes while i was examining other pre existing marks. also i have been having a really hard time seeping the past year i wake a up frequently during the night. this past year i have seen roughly 15 ufo’s in the area of my home.

Hi, i got a triangle formed dots on my right foot, and under the foot (right side of the foot) there is a “code” it is tiny red dots that is “under” my skin and it won’t get off! It’s been there for months. I don’t remember any alien abduction but Iv’e had more dreams about aliens and UFO’s and about the future etc. I have not seen a UFO or a alien in my whole life! Ever! But my mom has, my grandmother and my Grandfather has and my uncle have seen a alien and my grandmother too. I don't recall them taking me, but to do feel they are, i wake up in a panic, almost like if i was held down and something terrifying happened to me, but i don't remember anything; not the dream or nightmare Nothing. Sweating and Screaming i wake up in the middle of the night around 2 or 3 ,to an unusually empty room but i feel like Someone or Something was there.I get the chills just thinking about it. And i know Nightmares and Dreams but this is something different. Either we all have Some kind of new Disorder or This is the Real Deal.
I stayed in a hotel one night with my girlfriend, we fell asleep I our room. In the middle of the night I woke up in a completely different but empty room in the hotel. My girlfriend found me when she noticed the bed empty. The next day we both talked about how weird it was and realised we both also dreamt that there was aliens in our room….weird!
So when i was younger i Was travelling with my mother, returning home from visiting family. My mother stopped our vehicle as we both saw lights in the sky. They were beautiful from memory. The time was 7.36 pm on the vehicles clock. I dont know what happened but i remeber staring into nothing, glazed over. I looked at the time, it was 11.24 pm. I had an itch on my right arm during our silent ride home. My mother was in shock, i thought nothing of it at the time, though when i dressed to go to bed after our arrival home, i noticed needle marks by my wrist and up my arm. I counted 46 holes. A little weird…

Like they were shifting. It was very a beautiful. Then I saw I was in the woods. But I felt that my consciousness was in the realm, but not my physical body. I still was my room. I still saw everything, but I was in the woods. I walked a few paces. Then I saw them. They characteristics like a human, but they weren't. They were taller. Almost all male. They're ship was big. Like something from a movie. They told me "to keep focusing, that your almost doing it." I told them where I was, who were they? I told me " you have a lot of work to do" and to "Keep focusing." "Your consciousness is making this happen. This is really happening" " You can not move, because your not focusing so your physical body is still in your bed." "You have a lot of work to do Susana." I yelled because I was confuse. I yelled to them to prove that this was real. "Prove to me that this real. Prove to me that I'm not making this up, that I'm dreaming." They told me. "On June 15, you will see something that would change your mind about everything." They said. "We would go to great lengths to bring you back. We would go to great lengths to protect you. Then they said "We're losing connection." And I woke up. Today It's June 11. I'm still waiting. The thing is I know I was going to be contacted by them, because I already had contact with another race of the extraterrestrial when I was a little. I'm pretty sure it was the greys because they wanted to take me. They are not good. They are evil. They are hopeless. And I was a fool to believe them. They wanted something from me. And I just don't know what. They're always around. I feel them. Very near me. So close to me. I know that if I go with them. Then I'll never return. But I don't know what other race contacted me in my dreams. all I hope it was good. But all I know, all I feel is that I'm not going to make it, not even until my 20's. Before that, I'll be gone. Who knows where. Am I scared? Yes. Am I ready? Yes. Do I want to go? Not like this, but I always knew I didn't belong here since I was small. All I have to do is wait.

I have a mark on the inner side of my wrist, it actually looks like 2 stitches.. about 1 centimetre in length.. I never ever had a stitch there before and its been s few years now since I noticed it there..it doesn't hurt its not sore doesn't flare up, but its clearly 2 stitch scars there.. It's very weird very odd indeed, However I did see something one night outside which resembled 3 bright stars which were never there in the skies before.. Something just told me to go outside that night which I did, And that's what took my eyes seeing them so bright.. I did however hear a parculiar sound from the bush in the direction from where the stars were, I was a bit scared so I went back inside, Then later came back out to have another look and they were gone.. Stars don't normally move about like that and to appear so damn close the way they did.. I often wonder if the scar I have is related to this.. Plus since then I have a lot of chest infections. at least 2 times a year, I can cough so hard it kills me to the core.. Plus I became more strong willed in my approach to people in general, not shy the way I use to be.. I'm now not afraid to stand my ground and speak out to people..
I'ts me again, Literally got another Terrorizing experience last night. I couldn't sleep till around 1ish and I fell asleep only to have a very Strange Dream of a dog with me on the attic room bedroom of a random house and my my mom saying "They were there last night, They left the lights on." and i wake up in my Bed, paralyzed, and just throwing punches in "Slow motion" as the only way i can describe it. The feel was uncomfortable, Now i'm paranoid they'll be back tonight or ill have another "Too Real" Dream.

i am not sure if i was dreaming but on a few occasions i have remembered getting injected with something to take away a certain memory what someone or something didn't want me to remember. I remember trying not to forget what it was and begging them not too, all i can remember is shadowy tall people putting me to sleep. maybe i should try the hypnosis thing but i don't want to be seen as crazy lol.
I was standing outside my wooden cabin looking at the stars like i do every night, then i felt i was being watched from behind, i turned around and saw a ghostly human image, it was black and i could see throw it, i walked really slowly back into my house, but before i walked in? i saw a bright light flying above the trees over my roof, i ran inside and locked the door, when i thort it was safe i went to bed, when i fell asleep i started to dream about a white room, in it was two people sitting in the corners of the room, one on the right, and one on the left, inbetween them was a large window, viewing a hill with green grass, and a verry large mechine, a round circler object was moveing inside of it, i remember them asking me things, but i dont remember, everything started to go black, then i herd a pulsating noise comeing towards me, then i felt the pull of gravity, i woke up but my eyes couldnt open, my hole body started to vibrate, i couldnt move, cry, or speak, there was a loud noise pressing against my ears, then the noise started to fade away, the i could only open my eyes and move around, i will never foget that night.
past three years ive had holes on my head that wont heal,
recently have had wild dreams of a gorgeous woman in blue and having intercourse with her,(not recurring)
had a dream about meteor strikes of flat burning stones,
rashes on my butt and left foot that seem to heal but reappeared after some nights,
left ear is always swollen or feels infected and have a knot in my right earlobe,
ive pretty much stopped going out with friends,
serious social anxiety,
woke up the other day so sore it was hard to move,
have seen shadow figures over me when going to sleep around 4 or 5 at a time,
have had lots of trouble at time try to sleep, getting days and night turned around,
no real fear to speak of but find these things odd,
have had lucid dreams where i was concious during the dream,
i rember that i woke up and things were standing there then i dont rember nothing from that i think it was a dream .
I woke up one day around 4 years ago with 5 small holes, (almost like pin pricks) in the middle of my forehead in the shape of a pentagon, I still have the scars to this day, there was nothing in the room that could of caused this, Has anyone ever had the same pentagon shaped pin pricks ? I’ve had a strange fear of aliens since I was a kid. Constant nightmares about them being around me and watching me. They would be in my house but my mom said I was just having bad dreams. I always had bruises on my legs and arms which everyone blamed for me always climbing trees and playing outside. I’m 20 now and still amd scared of aliens and have nightmares about them and swear I see them in the sky following me wherever I go. Sometimes I’ll dance them there before I fall asleep and that night I’ll have the same nightmare and last night I woke up and there is this strange rash like an allergic reaction. But I’m not allergic to anything and it starts towards my elbow at a point and extends out almost like a rectangle down my forearm. Everyone keeps telling me I probably spilled something on my arm but I haven’t spilled anything.

And one video it shows my side mirror appears a alian shaped being and also a sound i never herd before and other alian being seem to have sorrouned my car and in some of my pictures a big round object sits directly in front of me

Over the past 2 month I have been waking up with new pains. First my left shoulder felt like somebody had me in an armbar and it still bothers me. Two weeks ago I woke up Feeling like I could not breathe. I do have COPD. But I thought it very strange Within. 425 hours How is coughing up thick green phlegm? Which usually takes a couple of days to build up. Last week I wake up with my face hurting me like someone repeatedly punched me in the face and after 4 days it still hurt when touched up around my eye socket and In the temple area on the other side of my heads. I know I didn’t fall on my face. That I know of.Also feels like the outer three fingers on my left hand were bent backwards.
When I was about 8 years old my grandfather was in the national intelligence agency my grandmother and grandfather was decorated member in 1952 2 1979 I spoke of things to me when I was growing up about beings or the entities it always be flying around at night and it’s going around his house and this was in Baltimore Maryland my grandmother was awesome in the military service and experience , getting to the point fast forward I was about 10 years old both my grandparents are passed away I was in a remote cabin on the mountain me and my parents live there I was alone in the back bedroom and you called me clear golden in color I spoke with me and told me all special purpose and that everything will be okay and that my parents would not be in my life forever and that I have a mission I moved on in my career and I am 30 something years old now and the beings are still communicating with me I don’t know how to explain they show up in the sky and talk to you about traffic this is the first time I’m coming forward with this information and working the security complex as an officer and as well as an Intel tech animal if you have an answer to help guide me and what these things were but they did state that I was special
Yeah, I’ve been abducted. But then I had to explain that I’m actually a fox-like, auburn-furred, bushy-tailed alien who just wants to get back to his home world, but they tell me I have to stay here.
