MOSCOW – The appearance of a strange ring-shaped cloud has sparked UFO enthusiasts’ interest.
A large, white ring cloud appeared over Moscow last week. Luckily, someone took video of it as proof.

The size and shape led many UFO experts to wonder if it was alien-related. Large ring-shaped UFOs have been featured in Hollywood movies like “Independence Day” and “District 9”, as well as in numerous eyewitness accounts across the globe.
However, meteorologists quickly dispelled that idea, claiming it was instead a “halo cloud”.
A Moscow weather department spokesperson stated, “Several fronts have been passing through Moscow recently, there was an intrusion of the Arctic air too, the sun was shining from the west — this is how the effect was produced.”
That's a bit creepy, amazing and awesome at the same time.

i've read several blogs and seached video and havn't read a comment from someone who actually saw it…..strange?
