TASHTAGOL, Russia – The Wall Street Journal confirmed today that Bigfoot hunters had found the beast in Siberia.

The Wall Street Journal reported today that Russian Bigfoot Hunters found evidence of Bigfoot in  a cave in Siberia.

In a cave, Anatoly Fokin looked at hair samples and muddy footprints.  “I found some hair, some real hair,” he said, pulling the strands apart. “And here there are more—maybe it was a girl.”

Fokin says he found evidence that Bigfoot may have had a “girlfriend” with him.  Whether the girlfriend was human or beast – was not clear.  “But they clearly had ‘fun’ in the cave,” said Fokin.

The Wall Street Journal sent reporters to Siberia to follow-up on WWN’s report on Russian boxer Nikolai Valuev, who has led a hunt for Bigfoot in Siberia.  READ THE STORY HERE.

Mr. Fokin, dropped his full-time work as an architect to join Valuev on the hunt.  Immediately after he entered the cave, Fokin jumped up and down and yelled,  “A Yeti has been here!”    Valuev walked over to him and confirmed the evidence.

This woman, Lillya Zelenkova, said Bigfoot woke her up in her tent, and wanted to have sex with her.  She didn’t go for it because, “I don’t like hairy men, though I was tempted.”

The Russian government has supported Bigfoot hunts – or Yeti – hunts.  Siberian officials this month sponsored an International Scientific-Practical Conference on Hominology.   Valdmir Putin himself joined several of the hunts. “I will find the Yeti and I will kill the Yeti,” Putin said.

Hominology, a still-unrecognized branch of biology that studies hairy upright walking creatures, is championed by a handful of Russian devotees who hope to spark a revolution in evolutionary theory by contacting one of the many tribes of Bigfoots they say are living undetected in woods around the world, including in North America and Russia.

Siberian officials issued a press release saying the three-day event this month turned up “irrefutable evidence” that such a creature—known to locals as a Snow Person—has been squatting in a Kemerovo cave 2,000 miles east of Moscow. Field trips into the surrounding mountains also turned up what they said were telltale signs of Yeti wanderings, such as bent and twisted branches, and underbrush that served as a bed.

Local officials say they will now make efforts to contact the beast, who hasn’t yet been photographed. They will also begin funding a permanent center for Bigfoot research at Siberia’s Kemerovo State University.

Former world heavyweight champion Nikolai Valuev led a hunt for the ‘Russian Yeti’  - and claims to have found him!

The 38-year-old fighter – who lost his WBA title to David Haye in 2009 – is currently on a career break as he recovers from bone and joint problems.

But his health issues didn’t stop him from leading a two-day mission to Siberia to hunt down the animal also known as the Kuzbass Bigfoot, a strange, humanoid creature thought to live in or around the Shoriya Mountains.

The beast has been spotted dozens of times in the Kuzbass region of southern Siberia and has become something of a tourist attraction in the local area, with hotels and restaurants naming themselves after it.  The mystery creature even has its own Twitter account.

Valuev – who is, ironically, famous for his inhumanly large frame – has become so intrigued by the stories of the eight-foot, hair-covered monster that he was determined to find it.

“I wanted to see firsthand what is going on,” said the boxer, who has had all manner of injections and vaccinations ahead of his expedition to the remote region. “I’ll draw my own conclusions once I’ve been there.”

Well, he found him.  Valuev reportedly spotted the Yeti, chased him down and punched him.  ”But the beast just took my punch and… ran off,” said Valuev,

“At least, I know  he is real.  I’ve punched him.  That’s real.”

The first known traces of the Russian Yeti date back to 2005, when hunters found and photographed giant footprints in the snow.

Since then, the local council has been inundated with messages from hunters and hill walkers claiming to have spotted the beast.

And no doubt those imagined sightings will only increase know that the 7ft, 30-stone Valuev has punched him.

Yet some remain sceptical of the boxer’s chances of successly witnessing the creature. As one local put it, “Valuev might be about the same size as our Yeti, but I don’t think it is going to come and see him because of that.”

CHATHAM, IL -  A Bigfoot footprint was identified and authenticated in Illinois!

There’s something amiss in the backwoods of Chatham, something potentially big. Lately there’s been talk around certain areas of town of an unusual howling and screeching sound as well as evidence of some very large footprints.

Since June there have been at least five to six instances of residents discovering or hearing evidence that the infamous Bigfoot may be lurking somewhere in the Chatham community. One case in particular has garnered some attention from local police, as well as a few proclaimed Big Foot experts.

On Wednesday, June 15, 2011, Michael Patrick’s mother was getting the liner to her pool changed at her residence, when workmen noticed an abnormally large footprint under the apple tree in the back yard and brought the footprint to Patrick’s attention.

Over the years Patrick and his mother had, at times, heard bizarre noises, but had always passed them off as coming from some common forest animal. But they weren’t the only ones that had heard the sounds either. The night before the footprint was found a neighbor had also commented about unusual sounds.

“My neighbor has a German Shepherd, and it heard something that night that spooked him. The dog went outside to investigate, but came back cowering, now it won’t leave its owner’s side,” Patrick said.

Unsure about what exactly the footprint was, and concerned for his mother’s safety, Patrick called the Chatham Police Department. An officer came to investigate the scene, but was unable to determine what might have caused the print.

“The responding officer stated that there was a large footprint approximately 18 inches long and 8 inches wide, and it appeared there were five claw marks,” Chatham Police Department Deputy Chief, Vernon Foli said.

To give you an idea how big 18 inches is, retired NBA center Shaquille O’Neil’s feet are approximately 15 inches long, and he wears a size 23 shoe. The average human being’s foot measures approximately 9 ½ inches. Most shoe size charts end at a size fifteen shoe. An 18-inch footprint is about the size of a healthy newborn baby. Considering the size of the print, it’s understandable for a person to show a little concern if they found such a print in their yard.

The footprint measured approximately 18 inches long and eight inches wide according to the Chatham Police Department report. The immense size of the print isn’t fully appreciated until a hand is placed beside it.

Patrick documented his discovery on Facebook where he struck up a conversation with a friend. Patrick’s friend knew John Winterbauer, a Bigfoot investigator. Winterbauer in turn contacted local Bigfoot expert Stan Courtney.

Courtney has documented sightings and gathered sound recordings and evidence of Bigfoot for years. He has interviewed over two hundred witnesses who have seen Bigfoot.

“I literally know hundreds of people who’ve seen these animals. There have been lots of them in central Illinois. I’ve recorded lots of sounds that other researchers and witnesses believe come from these animals. People in Springfield don’t realize it, but there have been a lot of reports from the Sangamon River around Riverton.” Courtney said in a previous interview.

Courtney said that there have been five to six other reports of finding footprints and howling in the Chatham area since June.

So why is Bigfoot in Chatham? Well it’s hard to say really. Patrick’s property does back up to a wooded stream which flows into Lake Springfield. Courtney proposed that the creature was drawn to the house because of the apple tree that grows in Patrick’s mother’s back yard.

Stan Courtney explained to Patrick that the apple tree might have somehow been interpreted as a gift of food. In the past the Patrick’s had noticed that apples from the tree had been picked, but only to a certain height. They believed that the culprit was a wily raccoon, but the large footprint seemed to suggest otherwise. Courtney told Patrick that a creature such a Bigfoot will usually return the favor, and present a gift of its own as a show of appreciation in the form of a dead animal or a strange arrangement of flowers.

The day after his meeting with Courtney, Patrick discovered the Sasquatch’s gift, a decapitated rabbit, near his mother’s house. In Courtney’s account he stated that the rabbit had, “its head pulled off, not bitten or cut, but just simply pulled off.”

Since that strange June evening, no more incidents have occurred at Patrick’s mother’s residence. You might think that such a strange series of events would frighten most people in to staying out of the back yard, but the occurrence has not deterred Patrick’s mother from going about her normal routine.

“She’s not scared, she continues to do her yard work, she thinks it’s neat. My mom has never been skeptical of it.” Patrick said.

While his mother may not be skeptical of what happened, others aren’t ready to pin the event on Bigfoot just yet. Vernon Foli posed a possible explanation, albeit an indirect one.

“One thing I can tell you is that approximately ½ mile south of this location is the former Grindstone Valley Zoo that use to have exotic animals. The zoo is no longer in existence but the owner is Brad or Larry Reynolds and he still has some animals at this location,” Foli said.

Could the print have come from an animal from the old zoo? The Reynolds had kept large animals such as buffalo, antelope, elk, deer, tigers, leopards, monkeys, and zebras while the zoo was open. Or could it be a bear footprint? It’s widely believed by many that there are no bears in Illinois, but with their presence in neighboring states, Wisconsin and Missouri, would it be so far fetched to think that there are indeed bears in Illinois?

At this point it’s hard to tell what exactly made the footprint, but with other accounts of strange happenings and unusual howls and screeches in Chatham, many residents are raising an eyebrow.

“I definitely don’t think it was a hoax, and it was more than just a coincidence. I think that people should just be a bit more vigilant and careful, because you never know what you’re going to find out there,” Patrick said.

A DNA test will soon prove the existence of Bigfoot!

Bigfoot researchers in California say they’ve obtained startling evidence, and are now trying to raise money for genetic testing on an oil residue purportedly left behind by the elusive hairy beast.

At a press conference today in Fresno, Calif., the Sanger Paranormal Society reached out to the public to help come up with the needed funds to pay for a thorough analysis of DNA from Bigfoot.

Sanger founder Jeffrey Gonzalez presented photographs taken of strange impressions left on the windows of his pickup truck that was temporarily abandoned in a snow storm when he and several others were on a Bigfoot expedition over Memorial Day weekend in California’s Sierra National Forest.

When the men returned to retrieve Gonzalez’s truck, they were startled to discover the window markings — including a large paw-like image — and what they first thought was evidence of hair on two of the truck windows.

Gonzalez called in forensic/law enforcement photographer Mickey Burrow, who has spent 14 years as a qualified court photographic expert and crime scene processor.

“I immediately started wondering if there could be some DNA left behind, because if this thing put its face on the window, I thought there was probably DNA on there,” Burrow told AOL.

“I’ve got the know-how. I’ve done it more than 5,000 times on crime scenes. In this case, I treated it like it was a vehicle that got burglarized.

“As I was looking at the windows, I told Jeff it looked like something came up to the truck, rubbed up against it, swiped along the side of it, and then just put its face up on the window and looked in — that’s what it looks like.”

Burrow photographed the images left on the truck windows and collected some DNA swabs. While Gonzalez suggested one of the impressions shows a hand print, Burrow isn’t convinced.

“I’m very iffy on it. To me, it looks like a paw print,” he explained. “I don’t think it was a primate or a biped, because it looks too much like a paw. But then again, we don’t know what Bigfoot is.

“I was just looking at what I could find off the truck. I didn’t find any hair or blood or prints, so we really don’t know what we have that touched it. We don’t know if it’s a bear or a Bigfoot or a mountain lion.”

Bigfoot is a legendary tall, hairy ape-like creature that has somehow defied capture and identification. Also known as Sasquatch, Abominable Snowman and Yeti, it supposedly lives in heavily forested or snow-capped mountainous regions of the world.

While most scientists deny Bigfoot’s existence, decades of huge numbers of eyewitness reports, pictures and films have kept the legend alive.

Previous attempts to analyze potential Bigfoot DNA haven’t resulted in anything that could be considered as the scientific find of the ages. That’s why Gonzalez is being very careful about who he’ll turn over his reported Bigfoot DNA to.

“We need somebody to come forward to take this DNA and get it mapped,” he told AOL. “Since nobody knows what a Bigfoot is, there’s no available DNA for it. But by testing this DNA, by process of elimination we can find out if it was a bear, gorilla, baboon or something else.

“If it’s not any of those, and you’ve eliminated all the possibilities, and it’s not human, then what’s left?”

Burrow is looking for an objective, science-based truth.

“I would like to just find out, because it’s got my interest piqued,” he said. “I believe Bigfoot exists, but I don’t believe it has mystical powers like many people say it does. I think it’s just an unknown species that hasn’t been discovered or hasn’t fully evolved.”

SIBERIA – A Yeti has been sighted numerous times in remote areas of Siberia!

The Russian government is going to hold   an international conference in June on the ape-like, mythological creatures – the Yeti AND Bigfoot – that have been spotted numerous times this year.

“Organizing an institute or a scientific center would be a logical continuation of research into the yeti,” the administration in Kemerovo, a Russian coal-mining region, in western Siberia said. “The town of Tashtagol will host an international conference with leading experts into hominids. Based on its results, we will take actions in how to deal with the Yeti and how to protect citizens of Siberia from this dangerous beast.”

Kemerovo officials cited researcher Igor Burtsev as saying that around 30 Russian scientists are studying yetis — also known as “Abominable Snowmen” — and could work together at the planned institute, the Telegraph. “We think that the yeti is a separate branch of human evolution. It lives in harmony with nature,” he said.

Burtsev told Russian newspaper Itar Press he believed he spotted several yeti on an expedition last year. “I saw markers [half-broken branches] the creature uses to mark the controlled territory,” he is quoted as saying. “In the woods I have found several artifacts to confirm my theory. I plan to find the Bigfoot’s shelter and even try to contact the creature.”

Fifteen hundred other witnesses have claimed to have spotted yeti in one remote Siberian area this year.

Tired of living in seclusion and squalor, Bigfoot has decided to go corporate. He’s trading in his dirt floors, tree top canopy ceiling and living in the buff for marble floors, 16 foot ceilings and Armani suits.

In a deal with Sky Mall magazine, the popular in-flight shopping catalogue that sells all of life’s essentials at 30,000 feet, Bigfoot agreed to license his likeness in a variety of products. Some of these products include:

Due to the enormous success form the first three items, Bigfoot has been in further talks with Sky Mall. Sources say that we should be seeing a Bigfoot Robotic Butler and a Bigfoot Cookware set in upcoming issues.

In addition to the deal with Sky Mall, Bigfoot has also retained legal council to sue Bob Chandler, owner of the monster truck known as Bigfoot, for trademark and copyright infringement.

“Bigfoot neither licensed nor approved his name or any likeness to be used in conjunction with the monster truck of the same name,” said Bernie Goldstein in a statement to the press this Thursday, “We are also going after Universal Pictures, the makers of the 1980’s film Harry and the Hendersons under the same pretenses.”

When asked how much Bigfoot was liable to gain should he win the lawsuit, Goldstein responded by saying, “Let’s just say that my client will never again have to worry about being pursued for the hair on his back, but rather for the Italian designer shirt on his back.

HACKENSACK -  The blizzard attracts The Abominable Snowman to New Jersey!
The Yeti, commonly referred to as The Abominable Snowman, is normally thought to inhabit the mountainous regions of Asia. However, but due to Snowpocalypse the Yeti has come to Hackensack, New Jersey.

Many speculate that the species left its native Asia years ago due to humans encroaching on its territory and has since traveled across the Bering Strait seeking refuge in North America. Sightings, until now, have been seen as far east as Redwater, Canada.

“It is a popular misconception that there is only one yeti. The same misconception is applied to bigfoot,” explains renowned cryptozoologist Dr. Simon Higenbottom. “How would we be able to have continued sightings if there was only one?”

Dr. Higenbottom further confirmed that not only do many yetis exist but that their mating season is in the fall and winter as well.

The conditions of today’s blizzard are the ideal environments for the yeti mating rituals as the yeti relies on its sense of smell to find other yeti. The high winds associated with a blizzard aid the yeti in finding a suitable mate.

Bill Hunter, of Hackensack, happened to be at the right place at just the right time to capture this picture of the ever allusive yeti mating ritual.

“It was the most disgusting thing I have ever witnessed in my entire life. The sound was terribly disturbing and the smell, it was, it was…sorry I just threw up in my mouth a little from thinking about that putrid smell,” stated Mr. Hunter.

Dr. Higenbottom will be interviewing Mr. Hunter and several others who were lucky enough to witness the mating of the yeti to help further his studies. Higenbottom hopes to have a paper published on the mating rituals of the yeti in the journal Cryptozoology Today in the coming months.

SAN FRANCISCO – New evidence of Bigfoot’s existence:   he was spotted inside a San Francisco gay bar!

The 7ft tall mythic creature was seen bumping and grinding to Lady Gaga songs at Harvey’s, a gay bar in San Francisco.

There have been many rumors surrounding Bigfoot’s existence, but his recent spotting at a trendy gay bar marks the first time that animal experts have had to question his sexuality.

“I knew Bigfoot was real,” said Bill Tyson, leader of the Bigfoot Field Research Organization in Santa Clara. “I just didn’t know he was gay. I guess it makes sense, though. He does take wonderful care of his hair.”

Regulars at Harvey’s gay bar said that this was not the first time a “tall, dark, hairy stranger” was seen sipping martinis at the bar.

“I had no idea that was Bigfoot,” said Thom Fink, a regular at Harvey’s, “I’ve seen that guy here before. He’s got some of the best dance moves in the club. And did you see the size of his feet? You know what that means!”

According to descriptions from eyewitnesses, Bigfoot walked into the gay bar wearing a wearing a Dolce & Gabbana halter top and spandex leggings.  He then proceeded to go to the bar and order two “Fuzzy Navels.” After that, Bigfoot allegedly got up on stage and lip-synched a flawless rendition of Gloria Gaynor’s “I Will Survive.”

The last time bystanders saw the mythic ape of the forest was around two o’clock in the morning, when Bigfoot is alleged to have left the club arm in arm with another large, hairy creature.

“Oh yeah, that was just Jerry,” said Mr. Fink, referring to Bigfoot’s new arm candy. “He looks like Bigfoot, kind of smells like him too.”

The Abominable Snowman, the first openly gay ape-like creature, told reporters that he was proud of Bigfoot’s decision to “come out of the forest.”

“This is a huge step for gay rights,” said the Abominable Snowman. “I mean literally. It’s a huge freaking step. We’re talking about Bigfoot here!”

WASHINGTON D.C. – Half of America declared a Snow Day on Wednesday.  Yetis were spotted all along the east coast.  

Wednesday brought a blizzard that blanketed most of the east coast in over a foot of snow.  Washington DC, New York City, and the entire state of Virginia declared a Snow Day and shut down business.  With entire populations out enjoying the snow a surprising number of Yetis were sighted.

Known also as Abominable Snow Men, Yetis are the reclusive snowbound cousin to the more common Sasquatch, or Bigfoot.  In cities and towns across the eastern seaboard these elusive creatures were sighted by curious children and frightened adults.  911 operators were inundated with calls reporting the mythic creatures looking through dumpsters and loitering outside of stores.  Emergency services would give advice but refused to go out because it was too cold.  “If nobody’s hurt, then I’m staying here with my hot cocoa!” said one anonymous ambulance driver.  In Athens, GA, several college students chanced upon a frightened Yeti and fed it some of their brownies.  Shortly thereafter the creature calmed down and they were able to braid its hair and teach it to join a drum circle.

“The Yeti is a profoundly gentle creature” said Dr. Stephen Morley, a Cryptozoologist with Penn State University.  “They are accustomed to their very sheltered mountain habitat.  It is most likely they were brought down by the blizzard, simply exploring new territory that was habitable to them.  Now they’re just confused and trying to find acclimate to a new environment.  That anyone would hunt or mistreat them is morally reprehensible.”  However some residents have very different response to the creatures.

“Dang near took my arm off!” said Eileen Troubador, a convenience store owner from Kentucky.  “He came round here, rootin’ through my trash.  I called animal services, but they was already dealing with a herd or pack or whatever ya call ‘em that had made a nest down by the high school.  So I went out with a broom to try an’ shoo ‘im away.  Well he came at me quicker’n you could spit and thank the Lord my son had a gun cause he scared the critter away.  Grabbed the breakfast burrito outta my hand an ran off into the bushes.”

Across the country snow day vandalism is being blamed on yetis.    Further inspection typically proves it was the work of destructive adolescents.  Though a Yeti could easily break a window and steal snack cakes, they are less likely to have spray-painted “Weiner” on the walls.

These false claims of violence have led to Yeti hunting parties throughout the south-eastern US.  Using their day off to enjoy some recreational hunting groups of men patrolled their towns and nearby forests for the rare creatures.  No Yetis have been hurt, but 14 hunters have been shot by alcohol influenced friendly fire incidents.  Jake Morelli of Allachua County, VA, shot what he thought was a Yeti while sitting on the toilet in his double-wide home.  It turned out to be aparticularly hairy neighbor who had been locked out of his house naked for throwing away his wife’s Nascar slash fiction.  He is in stable condition and is expected make a full recovery.
