An alien spaceship based by the International Space Station last night – shooting warning lasers as it went by.

The  crew aboard the International Space Station were shocked to see a purple spaceship circle the space station in a threatening manner.  They astronauts were all sleeping at the time and said that the spaceship seemed to “come out of nowhere.”

The crew from Expedition 28 has only been on the International Space Station since June of 2011.  The astronauts alerted NASA immediately of the breech in ISS security.  “They broke through our force field with ease,” said astronaut Kevin Janowick.

NASA, however, could not see any evidence of the spaceship, but the astronauts all confirmed seeing it and felt that they were in “extreme danger.”

One Expedition 28 astronaut said that he could see “blue aliens” in the windows of the purple spaceship.

“That’s a ship from Planet Zeeba,” said John Malley, an expert on aliens and a member of the U.N. Panel of Extraterrestrials.  “The alien invasion will be occurring in November and in the months leading up to it, there will be many unusual sightings like this.  We at the U.N., continue to advise ALL citizens on earth to prepare for the alien invasion.”

The International Space Station (ISS) is an internationally-developed research facility, which is in low-orbit and is the largest space station ever constructed. 

On-orbit construction of the station began in 1998 and is expected to be finished in 2012. The station is expected to remain in operation until at least 2020, and potentially to 2028.

Like many artificial satellites, the ISS can be seen from Earth with the naked eye.   NASA monitors everything the astronauts do and see, but they completely missed seeing the alien ship from Zeeba.

“We are concerned.  We think the alien ship has equipment that can make is seem invisible to us.   We do not even know how many were really flying around the ISS,” said chief NASA engineer, Jyoti Aggarwala.

A NASA space probe has reportedly discovered a huge mother lode of oil on the moon – and the astounding find could usher in a new era of peace and prosperity for America!

Scientific data recorded by NASA’s unmanned Lunar Prospector spacecraft indicates there are at least 270 trillion barrels worth of “black gold” buried beneath a crater in the lunar south pole – more than 1,000 times the known oil reserves of Saudia Arabia and enough to meet America’s energy needs for more than 100 years to come, a scientist says.

Notoriously secretive NASA officials are still sitting on the mind-blowing March 8 discovery based on new computer analysis of data beamed back in 2004.  But respected astronomer Dr. Gary Wiltts, who has close ties to the U.S. space agency received a heads up from one of his associates.

“I was told the discovery of oil in the Aitken Basin of the moon’s South Pole was made with Prospector’s neutron spectrometer,” he reveals.

“Naturally, this means NASA will hastily renew manned missions to the moon, which had been written off as a useless ‘dead” hulk for decades.  For starters, expect to see the planned launch date of the next probe, Lunar J, moved forward from Jan. 1, 2012.

Striking oil on the moon means soon the U.S. may no longer be dependent on foreign oil – and future wars in the Middle East can be avoided.

“In a short time, the Mideast will no longer be of any real strategic importance to the United States – we won’t have to put our servicemen and women in harm’s way every time some tinhorn dictator in the region acts up.,” notes Dr. Wiltts.

“In the past whenever we had a conflict with Iraq, we had a conflict with Iraq, we had to worry about harming their oil supply.  That’s no longer an issue.  Now we can just nuke them back to the Stone Age.

With a massive influx of lunar oil flooding the market, gas prices will plummet to just pennies a gallon.

“Virtually free energy will transform our economy,” predicts Dr. Wiltts.

NASA is keeping a lid on the breakthrough hoping that, through secrecy, U.S. drillers can get rigs set up on the moon well before other oil hungry countries.

Meanwhile, the agency is quietly conducting a feasibility study on how to recover the oil cost-effectively, the astronomer reveals.

“We have to build a fleet of space tankers tha can get to the moon and back – a round-trip journey of 454,126 miles at a minimum – without burning more fuel than they transport,” he explained.

“The good news is we really have a jump on the rest of the world.  America has already planted her flag on the moon – we’ve already ‘laid our claim.’

“Also, low lunar gravity should make the process of extracting oil easier.”

The discovery in as also intriguing from a purely scientific standpoint, because of its implications about life on the moon, the astronomer adds.

“Petroleum on Earth comes from organisms such as marine algae, plankton and dinosaurs that died millions of years ago and decayed over the eons,” explained Dr. Wiltts.  “If there’s oil on the moon, the only way it could have gotten there is if similar life forms once existed there.”

SAN BERNARDINO – The McDonald’s Corporation announced its plans to expand the franchise into unchartered territory. They’re building a Mickey D’s on the moon!

James A. Skinner, the Chairman and CEO of McDonald’s said the lunar restaurant is scheduled to open in January, 2015. The company set aside a budget of $12.5 billion to complete the project. That’s nearly 6000 times what it costs to open a McDonald’s restaurant on Earth.

When asked about the restaurant’s moon clientele, Skinner said the burger joint will cater to all kinds of space travelers, human and non-human.

“We expect a few astronauts to stop by every now and then,” said Skinner, “but we think the majority of the customers will be aliens. There’s just something about our golden brown fries that aliens can’t resist.”

In order to better serve their alien clientele, the McDonald’s Corporation plans to release a new, “moon-only” dollar menu, which includes foods like Astro-Fries, Martian Nuggets, and a new sandwich, the Big Uranus.

Skinner said he wanted to open a restaurant on the moon because the company had “run out of space” on Earth.

“We already have too many McDonald’s on this planet,” said Skinner. “There’s one in every country and on every continent on the globe. It’s only right that we expand our franchise into outer space. It’s the last available real estate at this point.”

So far, extra-terrestrial reactions to the lunar Mickey D’s have been mixed. Some aliens can’t wait to wrap their tentacles around a hot and juicy Quarter Pounder with Cheese.

“I’ve been craving McDonalds ever since I left Roswell in 1951,” said Splivzack, an alien from the planet Zeeba. “My buddies and I used to dress up as humans and chow down on some Chicken McNuggets after every alien attack. Man, those were the days.”

Others say the restaurant would be an unwelcome commodity in outer space.

“Just because I’m an alien doesn’t mean I have to eat like junk,” said Bjor, a cave-dwelling Martian. “There’s enough transfat in one of those burgers to kill six Plutonians!”

Still, the McDonalds Corporation shows no signs of foregoing their plans to open the first restaurant on the moon.

“We’re going through with this no matter what,” said Skinner.

Higher-ups at McDonalds are currently seeking talented, friendly, and motivated Earthlings to staff and manage the new restaurant. Qualified personnel are encouraged to apply at their local McDonald’s restaurant.

ILLINOIS — There’s magic in the air.  This year’s winter solstice  will coincide with a full lunar eclipse in a union that hasn’t been seen in 456 years.

The rare astronomical alignment holds special significance that tap into the energy of the winter solstice, the shortest day of the year and a time that is associated with the rebirth of the sun.

“It’s a ritual of transformation from darkness into light,” says Fr. Nicholas Carson, a Catholic priest with St. Michael’s Parish in  Springfield, IL.  “It means that this is the biggest opportunity for personal transformation – in hundreds of years.”

Since the last time an eclipse and the winter solstice happened simultaneously was just under five centuries years ago, said Fr. Carson who is also an well-known astronomer.

“It’s seen as a time of rebirth or renewal because, astrologically, it’s a time where the light comes back,” said Shane Railsback, a professor of Greek and Roman studies at the University of Illinois.  “The winter solstice was always the most important event in the lives of the Greeks.”

According to NASA, the last time the two celestial events happened at the same time was in AD 1554.

An otherwise seemingly unexceptionable year in recorded history, the darkened moon happened during a bleak year for Tudor England.  Lady Jane Grey was beheaded for treason that year, while Princess Elizabeth was imprisoned in the Tower of London. Mary of Guise — the mother of Mary, Queen of Scots — became regent of Scotland.

But after the event – the people of England reported happiness and joy, “beyond all bounds,” said noted British Scholar, Robert Dachille.

“It’s an event that nobody on earth will ever experience again.  This is one of the most magical days in the history of mankind,” said NASA astrophysicist, Jyoti Aggarawalla.

Also, astronomers have noted that at midnight, the “Mother” star will be seen twinkling in the White Keds Galaxy.  “Mother” is considered by all astronomers to be the brightest star to ever shine in the heavens, or on Earth.

The lunar eclipse will start just after midnight Eastern Time on Tuesday, with the main event starting at 1:30 a.m. ET and lasting until 5:30 a.m., when the moon reappears.

BEIJING – China is plotting to blow up the moon.

China has embarked on a bold plan to control the world’s weather patterns – and it begins with blowing up the moon with nuclear space missiles.

Wiping out the moon, will affect the United States the most, ushering in brutal temperatures that would ruin our agriculture, experts say.

The wild-sounding Chinese scheme was suggested by five scientists last year at the Chinese Government’s National Scientific Forum.   Hu Jintao dismissed the idea outright, but they presented it again this year and after looking at the overall benefit to the China, Jintao has given the idea the green light.

Chinese astrophysicist, Chan Wang, that the moon’s strong gravitational pull gives the Earth an awkward tilt that causes unfavorable weather patterns over China and favors the United States.  “The United States has benefited from the gravitational forces of the Moon.  We just intend to level the playing field,” said Wang.

The Chinese government said that it would consult with the Obama Administration before sending their nuclear warships to take out the moon.  “We want the whole world to be aware of what we are doing.  We think that in the long run, everyone will benefit from the destruction of the moon,” said a high-ranking Chinese government official.

But NASA officials reviewed the data carefully and feel strongly that the destruction of the moon would bring catastrophic changes to the earth and are strongly advising the Obama Administration to do everything in their power to stop it.

“We are reviewing both sides of the argument,” said White House Senior Adviser David Axelrod.  “The fact is China is offering to forgive our entire debt if we allow them to blow up the moon.  It could be a real economic boon for our country.”

“Who needs the moon?” added Robert Gibbs, White House Press Secretary.  “It affects the tides and it’s good for lighting the nighttime sky, and poets seem to love it, but we don’t really need it.”

Hu Jinato will be in Washington next week to discuss this issue directly with President Obama.  “But we’re going to blow it up no matter what.  We don’t need America’s approval,” said Wang.

WASHINGTON, DC – A noted scientist has just produced proof that the lunar surface was inhabited by intelligent life: a 10-inch angel sculpture embedded in a moon rock.

Geologist Dr. Morris Charles revealed last week that NASA lab workers chipped the angel from one of the rocks brought to Earth by Apollo 11 astronauts 40 years ago, in 1969. Dr. Charles was a NASA scientist himself for 23 years but left the agency in 1987. He still maintains close ties to many of his former colleagues.

“The implications of this figurine are absolutely mind-boggling,” Dr. Charles told reporters. “It means that at one time the moon had an atmosphere conducive to life. And what’s more, it was once home to a sophisticated race of people with a highly refined sense of beauty.”

The angel – a humanoid female with wing-like appendages on her back and long flowing hair – is made of an iron compound found exclusively in the highlands of the moon.

This rules out the possibility that it was dropped by a race of aliens from another planet. It’s been hand polished to a silvery metallic sheen. Based on chemical analysis of the metal, geologists estimate the sculpture to be 200,000 years old which means it was made 170,000 years before the human species appeared on Earth.

It’s been examined by art experts who concur with Dr. Charles’ appraisal of the culture that produced it. “Clearly these beings had a sense of religion that parallels our Christianity. Perhaps they had a Jesus of their own, proving that the important spiritual principles are, in a very literal sense, universal,” said a Washington anthropologist.

Others are not so sure of its religious significance. Dr. Miles Fredericks of New York University countered, “This is just more Christian propaganda. The Sumerians told stories of the Annunaki, winged deities, as far back as 18th century BC. Maybe the Sumerians were visited by these moon beings, who merely modeled the statue after their own image.”

While many ponder the significance of the figure, others are curious about why it has remained a secret for so long. “The artifact has been common knowledge among NASA insiders for years,” said Dr. Charles. “But space agency higher-ups have kept the information highly classified, fearing world-wide panic. It was smuggled out to me by persons who must, for obvious reasons, remain anonymous.”

NASA officially denies Dr. Charles’ allegations. The statue was displayed to photographers and newsmen but is now being held for further study at an undisclosed location.

NEW HAVEN, CT – Astronomers have announced that Jupiter and Venus will shine unusually brightly during a conjunction tonight.

But Weekly World News has discovered that the shine will be from residents of both planets mooning Earth.

Jupiterians and Venusians will come together, and millions of of aliens living on both planets will in unison expose their pale backsides towards us.  Nations of life forms will work in shifts to coincide with the revolution of each planet.

The reasoning behind this interplanetary prank yields many questions.  Why have residents of two planets coordinated such a grand effort to moon our own?  And why are Earth’s governments covering it up?  Weekly World News reporters will continue to investigate.

NEW DELHI, INDIA – India recently announced that it would launch its first manned mission to the moon in the coming months. Many questioned why India would spend billions of dollars during a world economic crisis on interplanetary space travel.

It was revealed today that India was invited to cater what will be the 21st Century’s largest intergalactic alien summit. Representatives will be coming from as far as the Qwoak home planet, or just around the corner, like Milky Way hometown favorites, the Martians.

“We are told that it came down to India, Italy, and China,” Narsimha Menon, India’s embassador to the InterGalactic Council, told reporters.

“Everyone knows that the Qwoaks are allergic to MSG so the Chinese were out, and the Vrrlkges do not eat carbs so the Italians got nixed.  That leaves India; everyone loves Indian, it’s so universal!” Menon said, not realizing his pun.

“The 2009 Alien Summit will be very influential in establishing governing policies for the next millennia,” said Dsgeyf Tnknk, summit coordinator.  “If you don’t get the food right, it doesn’t matter what is on the agenda. You don’t want unhappy representatives voting on possible trade embargoes on Planet Doom.”
