LAS  VEGAS -  A college student is suing a Las Vegas Escort agency after he was forced to have sex with a hooker he paid for.

Hubert Blackman of New York wants his $275 back, and is suing Las Vegas Exclusive Personals for $1.8 million dollars because the prostitute he paid for performed a sex act on him.

He was traumatized by the distress caused by the “tragic event.”

The most surprising part of the whole story is that the Escort turned out to be none other than Eliot Spitzer’s favorite call girl, Ashley Dupre.

Blackman was vacationing in Vegas in December when he ordered a stripper to come to his hotel room. Ashley Dupre, who has had a hard time putting her life together after the Spitzer scandal, was working for the Escort agency and arrived at Blackman’s room – and immediately got down to business.

Dupre performed a $155 lap dance and then $120 sex act.  Blackman was shocked that she performed the sex act on him – even though he paid for it.

Dupre left right after the sex act.  Blackman couldn’t get to sleep at all – he was a wreck.

The next morning, he called Las Vegas Exclusive Personals to demand his money back, saying he was dissatisfied because Dupre didn’t stay for the promised one hour, didn’t “cuddle me” and “violated me” by raping me.

“I just wanted a lap dance and she… went all the way with me.  I was raped!’

Blackman also told the company he was incapable of making an informed agreement with the stripper because he was drunk at the time.  “She took advantage of my hot, young body and had her way with me, and then made me pay her for doing it.”

“I was raped and robbed,” Blackman said.

When the company refused to refund Blackman’s money, he called the cops, who threatened to bust him for prostitution and asked for Dupre’s phone number.  “We want to be raped, too,”  said Las Vegas Police Captain John Girardi.

Blackman said he knew prostitution was illegal in Vegas and would never have consented to having sex with a prostitute, no matter how much he paid her.

Many Chinese have begun making vacation get-a-ways to Singapore to take advantage of their ever growing casino circuit.

Gambling is illegal in China causing many Chinese nationals to head south to Singapore to win big in the high stakes world of international gambling. Yingpei Chao thought that he too would have his hand at banking the big bucks. Unfortunately, things did not go quite as planned.

Chao was recently sentenced to receive 150 lashes of the Rattan Cane after betting all of his chips on black at the roulette table in Singapore’s wildly popular Marina Bay Sands Casino. However, it was not so much that he bet everything on black as how it was that he did it. “Put ‘em all on Little Blackie,” is what Chao said that got him into the bind.

“We are looking to get Amnesty International involved,” stated Jane Drumond, Deputy Director of Marketing and Public relations for the Las Vegas Sands Corp, “The punishment for this offense is utterly unacceptable.” Las Vegas Sands Corp. is the owner of The Marina Bay Sands Casino.

Singapore is known throughout the world for its tough love approach to those unwilling to abide by the laws of the land.  The most commonly known sentencing is receiving lashes with the Rattan Cane which is used for an endless number of offences such as robbery, pimping, use of racial slurs, assault, walking down the up escalator (going up the down is okay though), eating pizza crust end first and winking.

Evidently, “Little Blackie”, is a racial slur for the stout indigenous coalminers of Singapore.

“We realize that perhaps there was perhaps a bit of a translation error here, but we must enforce the law,” said chief of police, Nianzu Liang, “If we let one person off with a warning then everyone else is going to want the same preferential treatment.”

Chao was unavailable for comment as he is currently being held in custody until his sentencing can be carried out.

LOS ANGELES – Miley Cyrus was caught on video smoking bong hits in L.A..

TMZ released today a video shot during a party at Miley’s L.A. area home five days after her 18th birthday.

A source connected with Miley, the smoke filling the bong is a natural herb called salvia which has psychedelic qualities. Possession of salvia is legal in California.

But sources have told WWN that Miley not only smoked salvia, she also smoked marijuana.  “Yes, she smoked salvia, but she also smoked about ten hits of Afghan Red, one of the most potent strands of pot in Los Angeles,” said a person  VERY close to Miley.

The video was shot by one of Miley’s friends –  and the theory is someone stole or copied the video from that friend’s camera.  But the “friend” actually just handed over the video to TMZ for a little “somethin’ somethin’…

Our source tells us that Miley was so high from the Afghan Red that she started singing Justin Beiber songs.  She sang Beiber’s hit “Pray” over and over again.  Luckily her friends were so stoned that they just phased it out.

Billy Ray Cyrus also joined in the fun.  He smoked a few hits of Afghan Red himself and then HE sang some Justin Beiber songs.

“They were all really, really stoned, man,” said our source.

To end the night, everyone at the party watched a few episodes of Hannah Montana.  “They were laughing for hours at the show.  They thought it was the funniest thing they’d every seen – that and their thumbs,” said our source.

Later, Miley found out that they weren’t watching Hannah Montana, they were watching iCarly.   Oh well… they were too high to care.

BAJA, MEXICO – Police officials in Baja have made a huge bust in their ongoing war against underground Chupacabra wrestling.

Authorities raided a rural farmhouse at roughly 2am where nearly one hundred people had gathered to watch and gamble on wrestling matches between the small reptilian creatures. The main event was a grudge match between Diablo Verde and three time champion El Santo Bajo.

For decades local farmers have defended their livestock from the legendary “goat-suckers.” Only recently have people begun capturing them for the purposes of underground wrestling tournaments.

“The hardest part is getting the costumes on them.” one man said of his bantam-weight prize winner Sangriador. “Now he loves his cape, won’t leave home without it.”
