LAS VEGAS – Bat Boy has filed a lawsuit in order to stop Heidi Klum from wearing her Bat Boy costume for Halloween.

As reported here yesterday, Bat Boy was thrilled that Heidi Klum decided to be Bat Boy for Halloween – at not one but TWO parties.  But Bat Boy was not invited to either party – which got him a bit agitated.

But what REALLY upset Bat Boy was the fact that Heidi Klum was acting like a monkey – dressed as Bat Boy.

Look at this.  What does she think she’s doing??

Tim Gunn weighed in on Heidi’s Bat Boy costume.  “The face is fabulous, but the hairy costume and her odd behavior…, well she needs to make it work!”

Sources close to Bat Boy say that he was livid that Heidi Klum would dress up as Bat Boy and then act like a monkey.  “Bat Boy is NOT a monkey.  Bat Boy is Bat Boy,” said  Allegra Staples, a close personal friend of Bat Boy.  “We all can understand Bat Boy’s anger. For Heidi Klum to behave in a way that disrespects him – and on his favorite holiday of the year, well… it’s just too much to bear.”

Bat Boy was so upset he was barely recognizable:

But it didn’t work.  He was still upset.

Bat Boy’s attorney are presently drafting a cease and desist to Klum for her plan to dress as him on his favorite holiday.  However, a spokesperson for  the mutant  say that the supermodel and media mogul towering can still wear the costume and he will drop his lawsuit, if and ONLY if, she does the following:

1) STOPS ACTING LIKE A MONKEY!

2) TAKES HIM AS HER DATE TO HER HALLOWEEN PARTIES.

Bat Boy has two simple requests and he hopes Heidi Klum will do the right thing and honor BOTH his requests.

If not… Heidi will get the full wrath of Bat Boy!!   And no, Seal can’t save her this time.

Villanova Theatre is currently putting on a Bat Boy: The Musical production for the ages!

Villanova’s production has inspired some Bat Boy fan Katie Pfeiffer  to create some incredible artwork.

NEW YORK – Fans of Broadway musicals are taking it to the extreme.

Everyone enjoys an evening at the theater from time to time but some thespian lovers just cannot get enough. There is a rising trend in repeat buyers for Broadway musicals and off-Broadway musicals.

However, sometimes this obsession can be a problem for those that allow the magic of the theater to enchant them. Susan Williams has seen thousands of musicals in the last year but only three different plays constitute her personal playbill:   Wicked, 897 times; The Addams Family, 945 times; and American Idiot, 1,999 times.

“I just love seeing all those fancy costumes and sparkling lights, I just love it. I did community theater when I was a kid, so I can totally relate to the actors. I’m friends with most of them too,” said Williams as she waited outside of the St. James Theater in her Jordache jeans and bedazzled denim jacket that reads “I’m an American Idiot”.  This will be Williams’ 2,000 time viewing American Idiot, a milestone for the theater junkie as it is now her most viewed theatrical production ever.

It was discovered shortly after the interview that none of the actors in any of the three productions were actually not friends with Williams and, in fact, many of them had placed restraining orders against her.

And although Williams is high up on the list of repeat buyers, she does not have the number one position. That #1 title belongs to Joseph Smith. Mr. Smith has seen Bat Boy the Musical over 4,769 times. Interestingly enough, that is the only play that he has ever seen in his entire life.

“I grew up reading the Weekly World News. I own every issue that was ever printed and have read every post on the website. I’ve never really been a fan of the theater but when I found out about the play, it was a no brainer. I had to see it. I have even been traveling to see the show when out it’s performed outside of NYC. I just recently saw the show in Milwaukee, it was awesome!”

Another show. Another great success!

Bat Boy: The Musical is like some great, warm apple pie on Thanksgiving – it never gets old. Every new production is like a bottle of wine – it gets better with age. Ok … enough with the cliches, the point is that no matter where Bat Boy: The Musical is played – it’s a great success.

The Greendale Community Theatre in Milwaukee, WI is currently putting on their rendition of the classic play. The musical will run through January 15th – so if you happen to be in the area, don’t miss out on this great opportunity to see this incredible production.
