NEW YORK, NY – One of the world’s most gorgeous sideline reporters, got some rude treatment from the NY Jets!
Ines Sainz is to Mexico as Erin Andrews is to America. The Latin beauty is a reporter for Mexico’s second largest TV network, TV Azteca. Sainz has been making men become zombies when she appears on the sidelines. While her reporting is always on point, it’s her “assets” that bring a little extra to the table. While she is a household name in Latin America, it seems as though the NY Jets are not impressed by her….
Sainz has reported harassment on the part of the Jets organization. She said that she had footballs thrown in her direction by a Jets coach during practice – with the hopes of players running into her – and players later called out to her in the team’s locker room.
NFL spokesman Greg Aiello said Sunday that the league and the Jets began looking into the situation when they were made aware of it Saturday night.
Jets general manager Mike Tannenbaum called Joanne Gertner, a board member of the Association for Women in Sports Media, on Sunday to discuss the matter. The two organizations were working to schedule an educational and awareness session with the team.
Earlier Sunday, the Jets issued a statement, saying owner Woody Johnson spoke to Sainz on Sunday to discuss the incident.
“He stressed to Ines that he expects all members of the Jets organization to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times,” the statement said.
Sainz tweeted a pic after the incident, which allegedly shows the outfit she was wearing.
