Lance Armstrong. Mr. Livestrong. The man gave a whole new meaning to perserverance and determination. He won the Tour de France, one of the most grueling athletic competitions, a record seven consecutive times from 1999 to 2005. Sports Illustrated named him Sportsman of the Year in 2002. He has also survived testicular cancer. Pretty solid accomplishments.
