MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Minnesota native Prince has been deeply moved to write a new song – for the football team the Vikings!

Fans are thrilled to see their team, the Minnesota Vikings, finally on its way to victory. After the trouncing of the Dallas Cowboys last week, it is believed they may have a shot at playing the Super Bowl.

A certain Minneapolis resident, famous singer Prince, attended the game. He was so inspired, he wrote a new fight song for the team! Titled “Purple and Gold”, it is a reference to the team’s uniform colors.
