ROME – A five-year-old bodybuilder has been entered into the Guinness Book of Records!

Giuliano Stroe has been weight training since the age of 2. He finally earned his place in the Guinness Book of World Records after an appearance on an Italian TV show.

On the show, he walked on his hands with a medicine ball between his legs at top speed for 100 feet!

His father Iulian Stroe, 33, said, “He has been going to the gym with me ever since he was born. I always took him with me when I went training.”

To critics, he said, “I have been training hard all my life myself. He is never allowed to practice on his own, he is only a child and if he gets tired we go and play.”

Check out his skills on the Guinness World Record Show:

man that kid is strong and he is litle i cant even do all that!

  2. UB1 says:

Until now, I always believed that such training is not acceptable because "… his body is still developing." Now I think that that is just another long-held myth that is being challenged.

I hope he grows into a perfectly normal and healthy adult.

      growth to be stunted

    • anonimity says:

no, actually UB1 is right, that is a myth. ask a doctor, son.

    • Butmunch says:

This is not like a rumor you hear thrown around. Its friggin fact, at his age, his muscles are too strong for his bones, the bones are very much influenced by the muscles and diet. He is going to have stunted growth, hell probably never go over 160 cm, hell have joint problems and back problems due to his spine not developing properly. This IS child abuse.

Being a parent means knowing what your child can and cannot do. Just because your child can do something, doesn't mean he should.

A responsible parent is aware of that.

Maybe in a few years, when his parents realise Giuliano is having health problems, people will have forget how "perfectly normal" for a five year old this is.
If he is training, training and training, his parents (peharps Giuliano too) are going to be really wealthy.

you are not a Doctor at all! How is training your body bad? I am asking? I can tell you one thing, he is a lot healthier then 75% of America's fatty kid population. Now those parents are idiots shame on the US for developing the world's ugliest people

Can't stop laughing XDDD When i see the gnome showing off his "muscles".. It's sick.

  5. dave says:

its better than him being fat and unfit like most americans.wish i was that ripped, ha ha

  6. 1888matt says:

The kid does a lot of gymnastics.
Just sayin' that the majority of his muscles probably came from doing that, not weight lifting.

  7. tina says:

this is sick, and child abuse. it dont matter what the kid wants if he is brain washed. it should be whats better for the boy.

    • jlep says:

what makes you say that? because he is not sitting on his ass watching tv eating macdonalds???

like other ppl said.. he does alot of gymnastics!! its great for him! i have alot friends whose kids are in gymnastics and their doing good! healthy big strong boys!

question for you too… what did kids do back in the day? did they work hard as soon as they could walk, learn how to hunt as soon as they could throw a spear, or did they sit on their ass wait for food come to them?
