ROCKWOOD, TN – A Tennessee teenager is seeking help after he began crying blood!
Calvino Inman was your everyday 15 year old boy, until one day he noticed something strange coming out of his eyes. Realizing it was blood, his mother immediately took him to a hospital, but the doctors had no idea how to stop it.
Since then, Inman has “cried” blood at least three times a day, lasting anywhere from a few minutes to an hour. “Sometimes, I can feel it coming up, like a tear. I feel my eyes watering,” said Inman. “Sometimes, it will burn as it comes out.”
His friends have called him possessed, but currently there seems to be no other rational explanation. His mother has taken him to several specialists, but none have been able to offer a diagnosis or cure.
True Blood, a current HBO show, features vampires who also cry blood. However, Inman’s problem is very real.
Take a look at a recent interview with Inman, which features footage of him crying:

  2. Sounds like it could be Haemolacria. Haemolacria is a physical condition in which a person produces tears that are partially composed of blood. This can manifest as anything from red-tinged tears to tears that appear to be entirely blood.

  4. Should it also be mentioned that there is a Nuclear Power Plant that dominates the landscape of Rockwood? And that Rockwood is also along the waterway of that large messy "ash" spill last Spring? But then again, if it's an environmental condition, why aren't more people in the area suffering such symptoms.

  5. I have had this happen to me three times in my life. I have multiple genetic blood disorders and a rare blood type, which is shared by only 3 to 4 percent of the world population. In addition to my eyes bleeding my skin bleed. The soles of my feet were split three layers down and bleed. I usually have blood in my urine and stool. My skin bleeds on a regular basis. I call it a turin attack. The shroud of turin is not the burial shroud of Christ. However, I believe that the person who had the attack and was wrapped in the shroud is probably a relative of mine. The church makes a lot of money off that old thing and takes advantage of the ignorant and the superstitious. It's a blood disorder, nothing miraculous. Calvino, needs to take a lot of B vitamin supplements and should be on a vegetarian diet. He should have his blood type checked and be checked for blood disorders. I wish him well

  6. even if it is "haemolacria" that doesn't say anything, all that means is crying blood…it doesn't explain why or how it is happening.
This is so sad though, it so obviously is not fake you can see how distraught the family is.
I hope they find out what's causing it though, it must be terrifying.

  7. Hi. i started crying blood tears 5 days ago, but just from my left eye. I had surgery on it a year ago for a blocked duct, but it didn't work and it remains blocked. I saw a doctor about it the day after it started and he said that it was definitely not coming from the eye itself, as the vessels behind the eye remain intact, so it must be the tear duct. Having said that, the tear duct is blocked, so that's why the eye keeps running, except now it's blood not tears. He gave me an antibiotic cream, but it did nothing to stop it. It has now been 5 days and it is still running blood. It started suddenly and doesn't seem to be showing any sign of letting up. Any ideas? I will go to the hospital on Monday if it continues over the weekend, but not expecting any solution, as the doctor I saw Monday didn't know how to stop it and hadn't seen it before.

  10. obviously this isn't fake our it wouldn't of made it to national television. My opinion about this situation is it is the wrath of God. There will be blood of tears. This is a serious situation for the 15teen year old boy. I will pray for him because if there is a cure, God will be the one to help him. I hope he gets well soon and these people who does not believe in God eyes will open and they will see he is the way, the truth, and the light.

    • His condition has nothing to do with the rath of God. Haemolacria is a physical condition that causes a person to produce tears that are partially composed of blood. It can manifest as tears that are anything from merely red-tinged to appearing to be entirely made of blood.
Haemolacria is a symptom of a number of diseases,[1] and may also be indicative of a tumor in the lacrimal apparatus. It is most often provoked by local factors such as bacterial conjunctivitis, environmental damage or injuries.

  11. years ago i used to get bad nose bleeds and depending on the pressure i put on my nose when blowing it, or just holding my nose and squeezing, the blood would come out of my eyes. he probably just has a sinus problem and a burst blood vessel up the back of his nose that goes to the eyes instead of coming out his nostrils.
