I think the real question is..if it WAS suppose to be only 3 stars..why isnt she suing for MORE than laser surgery. I sounds to me just like what it said in the article that the trouble didnt start until she got home. She saw it before she left and payed for it. Just seems like since daddy didnt like it she lied and said it wasnt what she asked for and in turn HAD to go through legal action in order to back up that lie. Im sure that was the first thing to enterher fathers mind..legal action.

oh shut up ! you're just a stupid as her. Its impossible to fall asleep getting your face tattooed, I know because I have one on my face but the opposite side. And her dad probably told her to sue for that much because he wasnt paying for it, and her dumbass and her boyfriend probably thought of the stupid lie.

Um, why wouldn't she sue for MORE if she was telling the truth. If I went for a chest tattoo, and the artists decided to do my throat or face, I sure as hell wouldn't be suing for just removal. I would be suing for damage, damages, damages.

I can't believe that people are commenting things like "what a silly girl" and "I respect her choice". She tried to ruin an innocent man's livelihood so that her daddy wouldn't be mad at her. As far as I'm concerned, what she did is no different than falsely accusing someone of rape to escape responsibility for her own decisions. That tattoo artist is a better man than me, because I would've sued her into oblivion.

How can you sleep getting a tattoo, much less your first tattoo that would only normally take 10-15 min? like seriously, who believes this. i mean i feel for her because i know i wouldnt want to walk aroound with stars all over my face but hey dont lie about it?
