Whats the correct way to start negotiations with Satan? I know someone who said Satan came to him with a contract and he said he offered him $200 million. He said he declined and Satan and the contract disappeared. He said he came out of nowhere and he didn't summon him or do any rituals. I would like the to know does Satan pick and choose who he wants or can you reach out to him and get a contract. Please respond if you have any information.
