Well, if you are looking for your own vacation home, there’s a really nice place in Rehoboth Beach. I stayed there one summer and it’s just perfect. Take advantage of this weak market while you can. I have been able to locate several condominiums at 40% to 75% below listing price, one in San Fran and another in Miami. The deals are good! The source I used to locate them is good….

How is it responsible to throw our country this far into debt. Bush and congress were wrong to put this country into this much debt. Obama and congress are double wrong for adding to it instead of balancing the budget and paying off our national debt. They are going in the wrong direction. We need to fix it….not make it worse.

Maybe you need to examine the last eight years a little more closely. It's nice to have someone of intelligence in the White House trying to fix all the problems of eight years of "kicking the can down the street".
