President Obama has redesigned the American flag and ordered it flown from all government buildings starting in November.
It started as a limited edition American flag for sale by the Obama campaign, but President Obama loved the flag so much that he thought it best to “update” the American flag. The new Obama designed flag will be flying on all government buildings starting on November 7th, 2012.
This new American flag that replaces the 50 stars representing the 50 states with President Obama’s campaign logo. Sources say that this was the President’s own design.
Americans can buy one of the new flags directly from the White House for the low price $300 per flag (2 for $600).

There is a second flag that looks like an American flag but in the shape of the United States. This flag will be used on “special occasions” as determined by the Special Occasions Czar in the White House.
Prior to this flag, the rule in American was: “The American flag shall never bear any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature,” according to U.S. flag code.” This rule was erased by President Obama.
Reaction on social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook has been overwhelmingly negative.
“This is so offensive,” one reader wrote. “I don’t know why I’m shocked, but I am. This stoops to new lows.”
Another reader offered this assessment: “Once again, very shameful. This is a disgrace.

Keep religion out of it and stop acting like it has any place in running the lives of people. The Middle East is a fantastic example of how much religion can FAIL when mixed with government.

OUCH… This is where you REALLY hurt your cause… According to the bible, a son is supposed to be mindlessly obedient (unless his parents try to turn him against God, at which point, he must pick up a rock or something and immediately execute them without hesitation, with the penalty of hesitation being eternal damnation), a husband is supposed to dominate over his wife (who was essentially property in the bible), and a father is supposed to oversee the household absolutely, with very few instructions on how to do that in a practical context. And many men want to do good. I want to do good. You want to do good. Now, there's qualities about people that could constitute themselves as "bad", as is the case with every human as far as I know, almost certainly including the both of us, but I personally believe that people with belief sets like yours generally over-persecute themselves. It's not "bad" to look lustfully upon a woman, it's perfectly natural, a beautifully orchestrated chemical response in the male (or female) brain. Now, it WOULD be bad to, oh say, rape her. We can both agree there… but get this (and note, I'm not speaking for anyone here): It's not even "bad" to WANT to rape her. To fantasize about it. To masturbate to an orgasm toying with the fictional idea of raping her, in fact, THAT particular woman, in the privacy of your own quarters. Now, that could be a SIGN of something bad, yes, and I may recommend varying forms of medical help for a person who was thinking such things too intensely, but at the end of the day… What really happened? A lady went about her business undisturbed and none the wiser, and a man or woman experienced a wonderful orgasm from a (although potentially depraved… ultimately harmless) fantasy that did not ACTUALLY happen. Who's the victim here? The second biggest tragedy is that this man or woman may never get to enjoy this fantasy to satisfaction (though, prostitutes [under good quality control and worker's rights] may be able to roleplay to satisfaction for many). The biggest tragedy is when this person experiences guilt for it. It probably is best for some people to keep their thoughts in check by choosing to abstain the best they can from the ideas (and it is probably best for others to channel this by reading rape fiction or looking at rape artwork or something). I've fantasized about rape. I feel not a drop of guilt. Fantasized about being raped too. You know where this logical perspective led me? lol, it led me to thinking about what it'd be like to rape a person, to be raped, and finally, to the realization that being raped would probably be awful and being on the other side of that wouldn't be pleasurable either. I guess there was an initial thrill of reading something depressing crossed with the fact that it's taboo crossed with the arousal felt normally through graphic works, but frankly, like some other odd kinky things I suspect you don't want to hear, I grew bored of it. Now, I DO have weird kinky fantasies that I dig that most others would find weird, disgusting, or maybe even depraved, in fact, some of them would be illegal if I did them (and no, lol, I haven't done any of them, and no, they don't involve rape or otherwise hurting anyone).

It's my hope that you, and people like you will one day turn to the ways of logic, that you will seek counsel of logic and reasoning, that you will stop blaming both good and bad things on things like evil, Satan, God, and other similar entities without a logical basis for it, that you will find peace in this universe (or multiverse or what have you), to not only withhold irrational judgement of others, but also of yourself, and, at least as I view morality, that you will hold right and wrong to be strictly defined not by a text of arbitrary rules, but by whether or not one person's liberties are being infringed upon by another's.
