Vanilla Ice died in a car crash, was laid to rest in a coffin and – woke up!
Everyone thought it was a rumor that Vanilla Ice, the 90s rapper, died in a car crash. But WWN learned that it was NOT a hoax. Ice died in a car crash and then two days later – he rose from the dead, shocking his family and friends.
The 44-year-old Vanilla Ice is now alive and well, and recovering from his death.
“I don’t know who’s spreading this rumor about me dying in a car crash but — IM ALIVE ! I have like 30 texts, from mom family and friends,” Vanilla Ice, whose real name is Robert Matthew Van Winkle, tweeted.
WWN spoke to friends of Vanilla’s family members and they confirmed that Vanilla Ice was indeed in a coffin in a funeral home and when the family went to pay their last respects, Ice just woke up and started rapping.
“It freaked me out. I thought I was going to die,” said Sean Williams a friend of MC Hammer.
Vanilla Ice reportedly died in a single vehicle crash on Route 80 between Morristown and Roswell in New Jersey. Ice was pronounced dead on the scene by bystanders paramedics who found him non-responsive after the accident.
