SURFER GHOST

Ghost of dead California gal haunts Malibu Beach!

Authorities in California are investigating reports of beautiful blonde ghost haunting surfers at Malibu Beach!

At least 42 eyewitnesses claim to have seen the eerie figure, often trailing their surfboards underwater, staring at them with cold, dead eyes – and  in some cases, trying to drag surfers off their boards.

“I was about 30 yards from shore, trying to execute a spinner, when I saw this blonde chick, about three feet below the surface, right beside my board,” says a shaken 24-year-old surfer named Chad.

“She was face up and was somehow keeping up with me, even though her arms and legs didn’t seem to be moving.

“I thought, ‘that’s some cool trick,’ and I crouched down to get a better look. That’s when she reached up and grabbed my left ankle.”The water wraith’s iron-grip felt “like a skeleton’s fingers,” but Chad managed to keep his balance and his cook, kicking her off, maneuvering away, and hightailing it to shore.

“I dont’ even want to think about what would’ve happened if I’d wiped out,” he says.

On a lighter note, in some cases, the specter shows a more playful side, often yanking down a surfer dude’s baggy shorts as he nears the shore.

Police, who are downplaying the investigation, don’t know what to make of such reports, but confirm that many come from solid citizensm “It’s not just a bunch of longhaired stoners. We’ve received reports of sightings from people out on expensive yachts, including celebrity lawyer you’ve seen on TV,” says a law enforcement source.”

Respected paranormal investigator Carl Duckland has been looking into the case. He says his research points to a leggy, blonde surfer girl known only to her handle Dudette Dana, who vanished beneath the waves while surfing in a storm six years ago and is presumed to have drowned.

“She fits the physical descriptions provided by eyewitnesses,” Duckland says.

“Even more important, the behavior of the ghost matches Dana’s.  This is a very aggressive, angry entity, just as she was in life.

“She’s not even dressed in the bikini she was wearing when she died, but in a favorite party outfit. Tight jeans and a tighter top.”

Lifeguards described Dana as a daredevil who took dangerous risks in the water, often taunting male hot-doggers if they refused to follow suit.

“She wwould do these crazy stunts aroundt he pier,” recalls a lifeguard. “We’d warm her, “You’re going to get killed someday doing that stuff.”

In July 2007, Dana gambled with her life and lost while surfing during a powerful storm against the advice of more experience surfers.

The ghost is rarely spotted on shore, but a beachgoer named Wally claim he saw the phantom surfer girl emerge from the water around sunset on Apri 29.

“I was trying to come up with a good pickup line, but when she got about two feet from my towel, she disappeared into thin air.”
