LAS VEGAS – Bat Boy has filed a lawsuit in order to stop Heidi Klum from wearing her Bat Boy costume for Halloween.
As reported here yesterday, Bat Boy was thrilled that Heidi Klum decided to be Bat Boy for Halloween – at not one but TWO parties. But Bat Boy was not invited to either party – which got him a bit agitated.
But what REALLY upset Bat Boy was the fact that Heidi Klum was acting like a monkey – dressed as Bat Boy.
Look at this. What does she think she’s doing??
Tim Gunn weighed in on Heidi’s Bat Boy costume. “The face is fabulous, but the hairy costume and her odd behavior…, well she needs to make it work!”
Sources close to Bat Boy say that he was livid that Heidi Klum would dress up as Bat Boy and then act like a monkey. “Bat Boy is NOT a monkey. Bat Boy is Bat Boy,” said Allegra Staples, a close personal friend of Bat Boy. “We all can understand Bat Boy’s anger. For Heidi Klum to behave in a way that disrespects him – and on his favorite holiday of the year, well… it’s just too much to bear.”

But it didn’t work. He was still upset.
Bat Boy’s attorney are presently drafting a cease and desist to Klum for her plan to dress as him on his favorite holiday. However, a spokesperson for the mutant say that the supermodel and media mogul towering can still wear the costume and he will drop his lawsuit, if and ONLY if, she does the following:
1) STOPS ACTING LIKE A MONKEY!
2) TAKES HIM AS HER DATE TO HER HALLOWEEN PARTIES.
Bat Boy has two simple requests and he hopes Heidi Klum will do the right thing and honor BOTH his requests.
If not… Heidi will get the full wrath of Bat Boy!! And no, Seal can’t save her this time.
