Edgar Cayce (1877-1945), the “sleeping prophet” predicted the Japanese earthquake!
Edgar Cayce made a number of remarkably accurate predictions in his lifetime – and it was revealed yesterday that he had predicted the earthquake in Japan, saying it would happen in 2010 or 2011.
In 1934, Cayce predicted the beginning and end of World War II many years before it happened. He predicted the end of Communism, and that Russia would be born again. He also saw a strong religious movement coming out of Russia.
And he predicted natural disasters – including Hurricane Katrina and the earthquake in Japan.
Cayce believed that the Second Coming of Christ would happen before 2020 -probably in 2011 or 2012. He gave a trance “reading” which described a number of quite unimaginable natural catastrophes that would occur at the beginning of the 21s century.
He predicted a shift in the world’s axis in 2011. The Japanese earthquake affected the earth’s axis on Friday, March 11. Cayce felt this would eventually lead to:
* Inundations of many coastal regions, caused by a drop in the landmass of about 30 feet combined with a melting of both polar ice caps, including:
* The loss of much of England and Japan.
* The flooding of northern Europe, which will happen very rapidly.
*New land appearing off the east coast of North America, the so-called “rising of Atlantis”.
* The widespread destruction in Los Angeles, San Francisco and the destruction of Manhattan and disappearance of New York.
* Volcanic eruptions in tropical regions and an increase in Pacific volcanic activity in the Pacific Rim.
* A general warming of currently cool areas, and cooling of warm areas of the globe.
The rest of the world will also undergo wrenching change:
* “The greater portion of Japan must go into the sea.”
* “Northern Europe will be changed in the twinkling of an eye … many of the battlefields (Cayce was speaking in 1941) will carry on their trade with one another.”
* “The earth will be broken up in many places … there will be open waters in the northern portion of Greenland … new land in the Caribbean Sea … South America will be shaken from the uppermost portion to the end … and in the Antarctic off Tierra Del Fuego will be land and a strait with rushing waters.”
Cayce’s prophecies of geological upheaval hinge on the tilting of the earth’s axis. He saw that the shift would take place by the year 2001, causing drastic changes in climate. The signal for the shift will be the “breaking up of some conditions in the South Sea (South Pacific), and those as apparent in the rising of that which is almost opposite it, or in the Mediterranean.”
The climate reversals are clear: “… where there have been those (areas) of frigid or semitropical (nature) will become more tropical, and moss and fern will grow.”
Cayce referred to Atlantis some 700 times in his readings. The sleeping prophet placed the sunken land mass between the Gulf of Mexico and the Mediterranean Sea (it was just discovered in Southern Spain). His readings indicate that the lost continent was destroyed by a series of man-made and natural cataclysms between 12,000 and 17,000 years ago.
Japanese citizens are already buying up all of Cayce’s books. In Japan, he is considered a big prophet than Nostradamus.

Is there a trustable source showing that "he had predicted the earthquake in Japan, saying it would happen in 2010 or 2011"? I haven't found any indication for especially these years!
BTW, earthquakes in Japan are not really hard to predict – there are about 5000 ones every year. 😉

If you don't believe on him or love him why do you think you will go to Heaven? You have to love him with all your heart and show his love to others. You may not break any man made laws, but I can guarantee that you have broken God's laws. Have you ever lied? Taken anything that didn't belong to you (even something small)? Have you ever hated? Jesus said to even look at a woman with lust was the same as committing adultery. How good is good enough to get into heaven? Do just 10 percent of your deeds need to be good or maybe 40 percent? What if you got to heaven and found out you were one deed short of making it in. Should Hitler make it to heaven? How about Nero? Not a one of us are good enough to enter heaven. What do you mean you don't believe in Jesus? There are a number of both Christian and secular writers that prove that Jesus lived. God doesn't send ANYONE to hell. Every single one of us has free will to decide where we want to go. Why is it so much to ask for us to put our faith in Jesus to get there? You can choose not to believe in Jesus as your savior, but then you can't turn around and blame God when you are not allowed to enter heaven. You made the choice. Not God. I hope you give it some thought. God doesn't ask anything of you other than to believe in his son for your eternal salvation. Jesus already did it all.

Unfortunately, your secular logic is the prevailing logic of many non-belivers. Let me give you a few examples of the thinking coming form a Christian, a beliver in Father God and his Son Jesus Christ & the Holy Spirit..
I'm sure you don't break any laws, make an honest living and treat people very well. In short , you are an overall good person. But you are good according to who's standards? Societies standards right? But God's standards are must higher than societies standards. God is perfect and holy. We are imperfect and unholy. Nothing imperfect and unholy can enter God's perfect and Holy Kingdom. You may say, yeah yeah, I know I'm not perfect but nobody is perfect and if there is a God, then God made me and he knows neither I nor anybody is perfect so how can anybody enter into his kingdom? The answer to that is by accepting his son, the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior. Savior from what? Savior from hell. God, who hates sin, unwrathed sin on his sinless son, his shed blood on the cross absolves us from our sins and makes us perfect and holy in Gods eyes, worthy of entrance into his kingdom. That is called saving Grace! Grace is getting something we don't deserve, and mercy is not getting what we do deserve.
When you really get into the Lord Jesus Christ t and his apostles teachings you start to understand just how much higher God's standards are than societies standards. Jesus equates anger with murder, lust with adultry. Now, I'm sure Richard that you have never committed murder or adultry in your life but I bet you have been angry or lustful in your life? You are guilty according to God's holy standards. Also, the Lord Jesus Christ says all liars will be thrown into the lake of fire. Ever lie Richard? If you answer no you haven't than you are a liar. We have all lied. Again guilty compared to God's holy standards. You may say that that isn't fair or I don't believe it. But there is an old Christian saying that goes "how you feel or believe has nothing to do with the truth." You are going to have to face an almighty God one day and right now the way you feel is that you don't feel believing in God and his son's sacrifice for your sins is necessary for entrance into heaven. You are much like the criminal who goes before the judge and tells him how he prefers the law to be. That just won't fly. Just like the criminal , you are guilty.

He also says "I am the resurrection and the life, he who believes in me lives even though he dies, and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?"

Oh Dear. There are many unenlightened clowns on this forum. God is spiritual not physical. The bible is much deeper than than what you read on the page. There are many more layers to it. But of course the persons here who say God doesn't exist are not deep thinkers. They exist on a very shallow level and don't want have a spiritual thought or existence, because it would be beyond their capability. But, that's the way of the world now. Very sad.
There are many different views here from many different people and in times of great change it does not hurt to be prepared. I have lived through one of the greatest natural disaters that have hit north america in our modern times and I will tell you that bieng open to different information is key. This includes things that are out of our perception. The ones that insult only show your inability for empathy and when disaster happens in your life or outside your scope of thought you will have a harder time when evolving. You might not agree with your fellow man but at least respect THIER views. This keeps communication lines open and allows more information to be absorbed to make better decisions in your life. Edgar Cayce, a humble (born) farm boy, bible and sunday school teacher is the ONLY person in America to have ever been called "Americas Prophet". Edgar Cayce himself called himself no such thing. He was a humble sunday school bible teacher! Others, many other people gave him that title. Why? Because they all (and many others) seen his prophecies come true!
People were healed of so called "unhealable diseases" in his days and by his work connecting to the infinite source we call God…. Dude. Go do your OWN research before you make uneducated claims. Yes, Cayce did predict certain things….and accurately. Then, the Incas, the Northern Native Americans and the Mayans also have predictions (fitting with cayce) and in the great Pyramid there is also more propheices! The bible, the koran, and other scared books have the SAME predictions….if you learn to read them. Yes, the "change" is coming. And Im excited because evil WILL be wiped out! No. Cayce did not Specify the years 2010, 2011 or 2012. But he did say that we would be able to find that information in the great pyramid, the mayan prophecies and other sources. AND…as Jesus said in the bible (paraphrasing) "as you see that the buds come out on the plants, and the seasons become warm, you know that summer is near. So will it be at the coming of…(end)…that you will look and see these signs (outlined in Matthew 24) and know that the time is near, right at the door.
