WWN TAKES OFF ON CNN

CNN followed-up on the red hot Jetpack story that Frank Lake broke right here on WWN!

WWN’s Pulitzer Prize winning reporter, Frank Lake, is being recognized for breaking the Jetpack story.  CNN dedicated fifteen minutes last night to a broadcast about Frank Lake’s reportage.  60 Minutes is planning on interviewing Lake and Dr. Barry Leed for a more in-depth discussion of the story and WWN’s ability to scoop the mainstream media.

The original Jetpack Story is HERE.

Though there are rumors swirling that the story is a fake, WWN can confirm that the LAPD has , in fact, hired 1,000 Law Enforcement Jetpack Officers.  Other cities have also placed orders for “The Martin” (as the jetpack is called) with the New Zealand maker of the jetpack.

The city of Dallas has ordered 5,000 jetpacks, San Diego has ordered 3,000 and Phoenix has ordered 4,000 that included a special “illegal immigrant” spyscope.  “We plan on using these jetpacks to put these illegals behind bars.  We’re gonna swoop down on them all,” said Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County.

Below is part of the CNN broadcast last night. The CNN correspondent seems to doubt the veracity of the story… but we will be presenting more evidence that it is true in the coming days. Fox and CNN both got it wrong. WWN got it right. Might be another Pulitzer for WWN.

Glad to see that Frank Lake is finally getting the credit he is entitled to. Frank has to be the hardest working man in the reporting business. I bet this New Zealand company is going to get a ton of orders for these jetpacks

  3. Glad to see california is looking at spending a billion dollars on jetpacks when they are getting ready to go bankrupt. Flying police officers would be very nice for stopping the road rage in CA.

    • Don't worry about it .. China is buying out California anyways so we may as well pile on the debt and get cool stuff like Jet Packs .. if they can find any plasma guns they should spend a billion dollars on that as well

  4. I am frankly appalled that we are spending kabillions on jetpacks and not a dime — not one single dime — on perfecting x-ray glasses that will allow me to finally see under a woman's blouse.

  5. Glad to see that someone is finally doing something about all the road rage in california but don't know if spending a billion collars on jetpacks is the best use of tax payers money. Glad to see that WWN is putting the facts out

  6. Correction… Frank Lake is a Wurlitzer-Prize reporter. He covered that noted organ competition in Duluth for 7 years straight prior to earning that coveted award!
