NEW YORK, NY – One pop star has reassured the public that she’s not trying to be slutty!
Miley Cyrus’ much anticipated album, “Can’t Be Tamed.” is due out June 18. Cyrus’ new image has some critics talking. Some say that she’s overstepping her boundaries as a 17-year-old and might not be setting the best example.
Cyrus has made a complete transformation from her days as lovable and innocent Hannah Montana to her current overly-sexy, raunchy look.
“I’m not trying to be slutty. I’m not trying to be, like, go to the club and get a bunch of guys,” Cyrus said in a recent interview. “What I’m trying to do is to make a point with my record and look consistent, in the way my record sounds and the way I dress.”
In her new video for the single “Can’t Be Tamed,” Miley is seen prancing around in a $25,000 corset while showing off her legs in hot pants as she writhes around in a cage. She posed nearly topless on the December 2008 cover of Vanity Fair, and turned heads in August 2009 with a pole-dancing routine at the Teen Choice Awards.
Cyrus has admitted to being partial to shorts and hot pants. But she sees nothing wrong with flashing her legs.
“I’m really comfortable with my body, I work really hard to be fit and to know that I can wear whatever makes me most comfortable. I feel more comfortable dressing with a little less, which is just how I’ve always been,” she said.
“It’s me now, presently. When you’re 11, the word you would use to describe someone is definitely not sexy, and as you get older I think you grow into that,” the 17-year-old said. “And I think I’ve done that but that’s not my schtick. That’s not what I’m trying to do to sell records. I want people to buy my record because of my music.”

ok i used to really like miley until well she turned slutty and of course she is not going to admit that she is a slutty girl because she is famouse and she wants to keep her popularity and she dresses horrible (slutty) no one should be wearing those kinds of clothes she is trying to be sexy and hot she wants boys to like her more i guess she gives a bad example for kids everyone hates her now!!!
