TOM SCOTT'S STUPID FIGHT

NEW YORK, NY – The rise of Twitter has sparked a new Web site that gives some interesting information!
Athletes and Hollywood stars have used Twitter to give the fans what they want – more of them. Fans flock to the pages of their favorite star and wait for the next nugget of interesting information. Fans are sometimes “gaga” over their Hollywood crush or sometimes just plain dumb as a bag of rocks and they can’t control what they Tweet. Enter “Stupid Fight” – a newly created Web site that judges which celebrities’ fans are the most stupid.
Tom Scott, the creator of Tweleted, is behind this latest masterpiece. The new creation measures the mental aptitude of someone’s Twitter followers by analyzing through the last 100 people to @reply to the person in question.
According to the website, “Stupid Fight can’t go out and administer an intelligence test to each person that’s sending messages to a celebrity. So instead, it estimates based on several stupid indicators. Are the using twenty exclamation marks in a row? Do they endlessly use the abbreviation ‘OMG’? Do they seem incapable of working out where their Shift key is? These indicators have a strong correlation with the message, and its sender, being stupid.”
If you’re following the likes of Justin Bieber, Ashton Kutcher or Kim Kardashian, you might want to check if you’re a bright light lost among a wave drooling idiots. Or perhaps you are one card short of a full deck. Whatever the case may be, Scott claims that Stupid Fight “is not a bad test at all.”
