This article is so funny but yet this happens on real life. And Indeed every centavo counts. We can't blame those IRS personnel's because they are just doing their job. There are some legalities that may attached on the said payment. I love this article it made me laugh.

Dealing with IRS is definitely scary but i couldn't imagine how the owner react in this situation. I myself has encountered such problem but not as funny as this one. I have learned to monitor all my accounts to avoid hassles.

Indeed this hilarious! Though its so lucky for him to only have an IRS of 4 cents. In the long run dealing with IRS is so heart pounding and i don't want to experience it. That's why i manage my taxes crucially.

Thanks for this post. I have tax problems also and I find it hard to deal with these problems. I need regular consultations from tax relief attorneys and that is really very annoying.
