BIRMINGHAM, AL – A woman called Jesus Christ was asked to leave jury duty!
Jesus Christ, formerly known as Dorothy Lola Killingworth, reported for jury duty on Monday in Birmingham, Alabama. She was allocated to Judge Clyde Jones’ courtroom for a criminal case.
The trouble started when she insisted on being called “Jesus Christ”, and other potential jurors began to laugh as she was called!
Eventually court officials asked her to leave, as they say she was bring disruptive and asking questions when she was supposed to be answering them.
Jesus has yet to comment.
