probably not a fake at all. it looks like a bear with mange. they loose their fur and ussually die due to lack of protection from their natural coat. looks like a black bear.

Its a fake. Look at the back legs! Elephants are the only animals with knees that work like a humans on their back legs. And bears don't have ear like that.
