I grew up with cookie monster and I WAS NOT nor AM NOT an overweight person. All this nonsense about children being obese because of what they watch or what they serve at schools is nonsense, It is the parents fault if the child is obese, nothing the government can do will change anything! unless they plan on keeping track of what the parents are serving their children, nothing you show on tv, or taking strawberry milk and chocolate milk away from the school cafeteria plan, is not going to change anything. Now, teach parents how to control what their children eat, and i can almost guarantee the obesity rate will go down.

They are not the sick people. It sounds like you want fat kids. It is a good thing they are promoting good eating to young children. I’d you don’t your child will never enjoy healthy food.

I hate that they took cookie monster away that is the best and one of my favortie puppets on there. That is stuiped that they took him off who ever took him off should be ashamed of what they did to him. Now kids won’t get to see cookie monster and I am not letting my kid watch a show that took our favortie puppet away.

I miss you cookie monster!! They even made a funny Family Guy parody, I loved that one. I would watch Sesame Street and Cookie Monster was my favourite puppet. He's dead now X(
