This is absurd.

1) There is no "sex" tape. The video in question if of her alone taken by her. Last I checked "sex" involves two or more people. While the video may be titillating, masturbation is not "sex". Name the last time someone sued for divorce on grounds of infidelity…with them self.

2) TMZ is lying. Plain and simple. IF they had seen said tape "months ago" they would have unquestionably reported it. It's what they do and that would have been a HUGE story at the time. The story that they chose not to because it's "very graphic" is absurd. She was 17 at the time. A minor. Doesn't matter if it was graphic or not, TMZ COULD NOT show any part of the video anyhow, else they'd have faced child pornography charges.

3) Who cares? What is the sin here? She filmed herself masturbating and sent the video to her boyfriend. She wasn't involved in an orgy or something. She did something EVERYONE does, but she made the teenager mistake of filming it and sending it to a boyfriend. Not a big deal.
