It must be a CGI as it was handled by Jaime Maussán a well know hoaxer.
Watch thsi video and make your own conclusions. If it is posible to recreate other over London then there is a posibillity to say it was created with some PC software:

it slowed its spin to release the objects..more mass than the object…Q, how big is the object really……

they flew around the craft…….to show us …….we need to understand what to do etc…..

@dee you can't have watched the entire footage if you think it was balloon behind a plane,
watch the entire footage before commenting.

Unfortunately i do think this was somehow faked though why someone would fake something so unusual is strange in itself hardly a saucer on a string strange,but not CGI more like an object on a string in someway,who knows?
